Basically, I'm getting rid of Alachei Mnemenos as most of you know her. My muse for her is dead. She's not dying. She's just being turned NPC. I just feel like I can never play her true after the Republic political drama - it'll never change, whether I'm there or not. I still appreciate Guy offering a new planet for the Mnenchei, but it just won't be the same as the first one, the lore I put my soul into writing and one of my few true proud submissions on this or any site.The company is incorporating because, let's face it, many hands lighten the load.
Saera Savan (this character) will be the Chairman. She's obviously too young to legally run a company so for the next six IC years, her mother (no, not the schutta plant) will proxy. This is a fancy way of saying OOC I still want to run my company.
I am willing to let someone into the CEO seat.
I'm also saving roughly 70% of the shares for Saera and the other 30% will be for sale. Whoever buys the most can be the CEO. Why do this, you ask? You can develop subs in the company's name, don't have to ask me permission and have access to whatever Non-personal technology or facilities we have in doing so (cough cough jammers, burst missiles, cortosis). It's pretty much a hand wave transaction, I'm just looking for someone in the TU or CIS who is willing to fill the role IC and OOC.
