- Designed to be changed as needed for different labs on starships. While one lab can't be all of the labs in one it can easily be made to fill the role with equipment slots.

Designed and redesigned based off of the logistical and astrometrics labs that were created by Sasori. The newer lab modules are thanks to some ideas from Sor-Jan Xantha for science vessels that will give them a whole lot of different labs. As a means to improve upon the design and give different sciences a place. The module was designed to be built into a ship itself like a plug in that has been adapted compared to built completely around the structure. The interior designed to slot the equipment for different labs and research stations in a nice compact area. With hardlight projectors that have been designed to aid in projects. Advances in navigational technology allow the labs to function towards the most advanced navigational computers allowing faster routes to be charted in hyperspace and using monitoring stations, probes and everything that can be used to create massive real time charts of the galaxy for observation. Research and xenobiology as well as decoding or designing new ship components.
