Description: The Advanced Vulture Droid is a new submission from Haor Chall Engineering. Upon Marek Starchaser's new dealings with Bright Star Entertainment and the Beast Hunter Guild, the droid has been given a new weapons system. The standard set up is for four blaster cannons, and two energy torpedoes, but it can easily be modified to carry ion cannons or large stun cannons for hunting down large creatures for capture. A standard battle droid brain is installed and this droid is meant to be deployed during a battle en masse.

This unit is created by Haor Chall to fulfill their part with the Technate of the System Authority, all the while introducing a new approach and working with new partners that have been established through the CEOs business dealings outside the ASA. Due to the latter action, this unit is not focused solely at the ASA as a combat unit, and is placed on the open market. Very much style a prototype, this unit is the first Vulture Droid released since the fall of the former Sith Empire, and will undoubtedly have kinks and quirks that will need to be worked out for the next year model's release.

The primary upgrade that is related to the work with Tion is that this unit is using the Cestus/Hegemonic Automaton J2 Droid brain for its computing and combat programs. Normal combat use does not warrant a memory wipe for these units due to their short life expectancy, however, if you find yourself in the ownership of a solid unit, be aware that Haor Chall nor HA are responsible for any disasters that should arise, if the unit gains sentience.

Intent: To provide the market with a droid using an advanced life signs suite. With two variants, one with stun/ion cannons and the other with cannons set for kill, the droid is versatile and the weapons can be swapped out between missions.

May I ask what effect the stun cannons, which you say is meant for live creatures, would have on enemy starships?

And if you would could you beef up the description a little with some added backstory or intention?

Stun cannons are not going to be affecting star-ships. They're focusing on stunning large creatures (Rancors, Krayts, etc) for the Beast Hunters Guild.
