The Aegis Tactical Trooper Force are comprised of mercenaries, soldiers of fortune, career soldiers displaced from their homes, or former military seeking alternative monetary compensation.
The Aegis Corporation has chosen to build a standing army that can be utilized domestically or abroad as need and contracts allow. The backbone became to Aegis Tactical Trooper Force. Signing the many assortment of beings on the market looking for paying jobs, the A.T.T.F. offers a career with benefits, stability, and a steady income. As a Trooper you are expected to receive training, upkeep your armor and weapons, and follow orders. Most posts are not on active battle grounds which keeps life expectancy at a premium.
The added bonus of maintaining the Troopers allows Aegis to keep a constant force at their installations, bases, and aboard their ships. An added bonus is that these positions are offered via seniority. Accommodations are afforded for family.
General duties of the ATTF is as guards, peace keepers, tactical deployment in civilian settings, and as ground forces for paying contracts.
