DESCRIPTION
Aether MedTech was a Medical Technology Manufacturer based on the planet Keera Major in the Deep Core. The company was also known to design and manufacture Medical Supplies, Medisensors, and Pharmaceuticals. Established sometime after the Galactic Alliance attempted invasion of the Sith Order planet Sluis Van. The company was known to focus on products that were specifically geared and manufactured for the civilian market whilst also accepting governmental contracts. Its location in the Deep Core ensured protection from potential strikes, whilst additional locations were located on planets well known for their medical fields and technologies. Aether MedTech was known for its favoring of the Galactic Alliance and was known for its care and consideration towards its employees.
RATIONALE
Aether MedTech was founded after the War in the Rim when the Galactic Alliance attempted to invade the Sith Order planet of Sluis Van, and before the Galactic Alliance attempted to reclaim the planet of Tython in the Deep Core, on the order of Amelia von Sorenn. The company was majority-owned by Amelia and was established to provide needed medical technologies and equipment to the Galactic Alliance Defense Force, the New Jedi Order, and the civilian market of the Galactic Alliance. Aether MedTech was also known to be backed by silent partners located in the Deep Core and Core Worlds with majority control being retained by Aether Systems.
