Isaiah was born on a suburban area of JanFathal to a middle-class family at the same time as his twin brother, Henry.
It was discovered early in Henry's childhood that he had Asperger's syndrome, a mild form of autism that hinders his social skills while keeping his intellect almost entirely intact. As such, despite an unusually tedious childhood, Henry had become a genius devoted to his studies by his teenage years. However, as a result of his condition, he spent almost all of his time on academics while ignoring his social standing. Upon coming to this realization in his teens, Henry began to become lonely. Wanting to make Henry has happy as possible, Isaiah and his parents developed a plan. It was decided that as an energetic and socially confident young man, Isaiah would observe social norms on JanFathal and educate Henry on them. Little did teenage Isaiah know that his social observations would be the first step in entering a career as an intelligence agent.
Thanks to Isaiah's insights, Henry was able to enter the social world and make multiple trustworthy friends. He began to reward his brother by helping him out in his studies, raising his average grades high enough to earn him a scholarship to a college in a nearby city. EARLY CAREER
After three years of academy service, Isaiah graduated as a junior field operative. His social confidence combined with his love of his career rapidly earned him attention, and by the age of twenty-six he was a highly desired private agent who worked for various local governments and corporations. In his service, he was cunning and efficient, stalking his targets undetected and maintaining the secret portion of trade secrets. He was occasionally assigned to assassination missions, which he reluctantly partook in despite his opposition to killing civilians. A large payday and a guarantee that planetary turmoil would be prevented with the silencing of an individual usually eased Isaiah's mind until another assassination was assigned to him.
Every Friday, Isaiah would take a leave from his duties to visit his family. Henry had become a leading nanotechnology researcher, generating enough credits to secure a cozy retirement fund for the entire Dalman family. Despite their aging, Miko and Asuto continued to lead happy, comfortable lives.
ISB NOTE: As of Isaiah's twenty-ninth birthday, all of his immediate family members remain alive and healthy. An ISB agent is stationed nearby to observe.
The following year, the New Imperial Order arrived.
ISB SERVICE - PART 1
Upon the New Imperial Order's peaceful takeover of JanFathal, Isaiah was scouted out and offered a career by the Imperial Security Bureau. He accepted, seemingly out of a desire to expand his horizons. Since he already had nearly a decade of experience in the intelligence field, he was not subjected to the usual trainee program. Instead, he was given a field agent position within the Bureau and assigned to tasks similar to those he had performed on JanFathal, but on a galactic scale. Naturally, Isaiah, who had been assigned as Agent Wind, was initially uncomfortable with his expanded operations. However, upon being assured that the ISB would provide him secure transport and comms, he continued his work and sought further improvement.
