On an Administrative level, overlooking the factory floor, one will find a small number of offices & a meeting room as well as the main office for Management. The Shipyard has recently undergone a change in ownership, and BWE Enterprises has moved in within the past few months. The Company has been restructured, the dust has been shaken off of the old machinery, and now, the newly branded "Ahtemis Luxury Transports, LTD" has begun turning out high-class, expensive flotillas and personal yachts for some of The Galaxy's richest & most influential players.

Okay, your location itself looks pretty sound and I like the idea of smaller commercial shipyards cluttering up Coruscant's orbit, so that is cool. I just have a few concerns to address that are more housekeeping matters.

First, I am going to need direct image sources for every image you have linked in this submission. I know your header image appears to be SWTOR concept art, some of which can be difficult to track down an original author for, so you can just credit the SWTOR concept art team there. But for the rest of the images I am obligated to request that you track down their original authors, if you're uncertain how to go about this I recommend using google's search by image feature.

Second, you mention a front company, "Bad Wolf Enterprises". Is this a factory approved corporation? If so, could you please provide a link to the approved company in the submission? If not, it might be best to omit it in favor of sole Family affiliation until you get that processed. You can always submit a modification request down the line once its factory official.

Due to the Factory Closure, I have been unable to submit "Bad Wolf Enterprises" for approval, but the submission is ready for the moment the Factory reopens. Arekk was okay with my keeping the text above in my other submission, The Crown Prime Casino; if you'd like me to remove the text, I shall. I've also edited the affiliation with The Family to include a link to the Family's Faction page, rather than the "Links" section.

Having looked over the Casino submission and in light of factory's unique circumstance at the moment, that seems acceptable to me. As Ar'ekk said, if you'd like to have your company submission edited in afterwards, you can feel free to make a submission modification request.
