Aid for Korriban

After the immoral and completely disgusting war crimes and contempt for sentient life shown by the Silver Jedi when they bombarded Korriban and ran without providing the civilians they massacred aid. The First Order should step in and provide short term humanitarian relief for propaganda, recruitment and morale purposes. As well as publicly demand the Silver Jedi show accountability for their disgusting actions and that they provide long term aid to help in the rebuilding efforts.

I pitch we send several freighters carrying food, medicine, water, and temporary shelter along with a military escort in case we're attacked and diplomatic escort to contact the Silver Jedi leaders. All accompanied by a television crew so everyone in the galaxy gets to see what we're up to.

Not to be a party pooper, but you do realize Korriban is entirely on the opposite side of the galaxy from us right?

Star Tours has bases much closer to Korriban, like Cademimu... so the FO's supplies can transit through Cademimu.

We're talking 100k population in the afflicted area.

Considering it was one character and it is known IC there is currently a hunt going on to bring the butcher to justice by the SJO I say the FO officially needs to stay out of it. Also I am not sure the Supreme Leader would be interested in bringing aid to Korriban when rumors of war with the GA abound.

If you two want you can use the name of the UTC to transport your goods. IC we have Trandsport Papers for the GA, so going through their lines will be perfectly fine as long as there aren't any star destroyers escorting it. UTC Defence Fleet will deal with the escort so not to take away from the military.

It will be purely humanitarian efforts so those in the first order that wish to join will be considered Volenteers and weapons not assigned by the UTC will be left behind. The Silver Jedi may be an issue though as armed escort through their territory may be seen as threatening so idk about that. IC though, UTC will supply the ships and medical supplies, if the Order will supply the man power.

It's on the other side of the Galaxy, there's already a manhunt on for the person responsible. And honestly, this is something that [member="Natasi Fortan"] might want to know about *before* anything is done.

I'm just suggesting this doesn't make sense from an IC stand point. OOC people need freedom to write as they want to provided it doesn't get the faction in whole into something that they don't want involved in. Your idea could work... and there is nothing to say certain individuals wouldn't feel compelled to help.

IC it just doesn't make sense to be a faction concern.

I thought the Sith Order were an ally of the First Order. Though they are kind of alone where they would be located. If the SO is not an ally of the Order then I could see why it would be a bit unimportant.

There is value in sending aid to them, because they could be potential allies.

However, we're not going to make a big thing of it, since we have our own issues to deal with in our corner of the galaxy. [member="CT-47B"] and anyone else, if you want to go and give them some rudimentary aid courtesy of the First Order, go ahead. Beyond that though, we will not involve ourselves.
