Appearance:
Ailish is of average height. She has long, blonde hair, which she will often keep in a braided ponytail or held up in some kind of stylish fashion. Her eyes are blue, and her eyebrows are both full and distinct. She keeps in shape and trains regularly, which shows. She is Human in appearance with a slim frame. Her facial symmetry is on point. Unlike her brother Aedan, she does not sport a beard.
Ailish is interested in fashion, and will frequently be seen dressing according to the latest trends. Sometimes she even gets ahead of the trends. Her interest is convenient given the nature of the company she’s a owner of. She prefers light colours and pretty dresses, but knows how to dress to the occasion. Her wardrobe is expansive, she’ll have something for every occasion.

Personality:
Ailish is a very intelligent woman. Although they would never admit it in public, both brothers would agree that her wit far surpasses their own. Even so she is humble, and would never look down upon others or consider them to be “lower” than herself. All life is precious. Ailish easily gets bored and is in need of some project to work on to keep her mind occupied. She is creative and innovative, something that she puts to good use for the family company, Lochlan Apparel. All three siblings are equal owners, but she is in large parts responsible for the company’s success.
Ailish is both kind and caring. A big interest of hers is helping those less fortunate than herself. She hopes to be able to use the family company to come up with new inventions that will help others. She wants to make the family business successful, not just for their own sake, but because this will put her in a position to get actively involved with charity work and helping the poor.
Despite the impression one can get from her humble demeanour, she is far from a frail and brittle flower to be walked over. Like most of the Lochlan siblings, she has a certain playful cockyness to her. She isn’t afraid to speak her mind, and can be quite harsh. Harsh, but not uncompromising. She can empathise with where others are coming from, but just like them, she has her own personal agenda. Ailish is determined, even stubborn, and will stand her ground. Just because someone has more money and influence, she will not let herself be pushed around, nor does she respond well to threats. This is particularly true if she finds someone to be for exploiting the weak for financial gain.
Weapon of Choice: Blaster pistol.
Wealth: Ailish comes from humble beginnings with little wealth save for the one she’s made for herself. The answer to this question depends on how well Lochlan Apparel is doing these days.
Combat Function: Ailish is not a highly trained fighter. Ideally she would avoid combat situations. Should she find herself in battle, Ailish would suffer without the protection of someone more trained than her. She is trained in martial arts with a self-defence focus and knows how to fire a blaster pistol. The girl can hold her own well enough for a short time, but her goal will always be to create an opening to escape combat, rather than charge in for victory.
Skills: Ailish is a skilled negotiator and a keen businesswoman. She has been blessed with a creative and innovative mind, that helps push the family company to new heights with practical inventions. Though she never got the same level of military training as her older siblings, they have taught her how to use a blaster pistol. She takes martial arts classes in self defence on Naboo, but is by no means a top-tier fighter.
Ailish is well versed in the sophisticated gestural language “spoken” by the Lorrdians. The Lorrdians use this to communicate with each other using subtle gestures, facial expressions and body postures. In order to understand the language, they developed the ability to read other people’s body language so precisely, they could determine a person’s mood and intentions from even the most subtle cues.

Ailish Lochlan was born to her Kiffar father and Lorrdian mother. She is the youngest out of three siblings, and has two older brothers. They were all born and raised on Lorrd. The Lochlans have been a happy family, the children blessed with upstanding and loving parents. The siblings have always been very competitive and trying to one-up each other. Like all siblings they have had their fights and quarrels (they really gave their parents a headache as children), but at the end of the day they’re all close. Ailish regularly keeps in touch with both of her brothers.
Ailish has always been told that she looks like her mother. Even in terms of personality, she seems to draw more on the traits of her mother. Both brothers displayed a great interest in joining the army and fight the good fight. It had never seemed like they had even considered doing anything else. Aedan in particular was always so fascinated with flying. Ailish on the other hand showed no interest in becoming a warrior. Instead her interests swayed more towards the sciences, challenging herself intellectually. Even as a young girl she was trying to make quirky inventions, placing them around the house. They all had some functions, though some more successful than others.
When her brothers left to join the Galactic Alliance military she followed. She too wanted more than to spend her entire life within a small radius from where she was born. Ailish moved to Naboo, a planet that recently had come under the protection of the Alliance. It kept her close to her brothers, while allowing her to start something new and make it on her own, independently from her family.
None of the siblings ever had a ton of money. In the beginning the brothers would send portions of their wages to help her out, though a soldier’s wage was not much to go off on. Ailish never wanted to be provided for, however. Soon she found a way to turn her hobby into her job. Instead of looking for employment she made the risky move of becoming her own boss, and founded Lochlan Apparel. Both brothers were invited to become owners with equal shares in the company. They accepted.
Intent: This NPC was created to flesh out and add character to Aedan’s sister, and to establish someone to deal with the family company’s day-to-day affairs. Because Aeadan’s role in the Galactic Alliance’s military and Rogue Squadron, it would be good to have someone a little more free and unaffiliated. As the functions for this character will be narrow and a lot of the things done will be behind the scenes, I felt it more appropriate to create an NPC rather than a new PC.
