PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
A Tusken Raider identifyable by his head wrap and mask, but not much else. He very often sports a berret, distinctive of his order, and a large labcoat sporting the insignia of the Phoenix Initiative. His mask has been modified to filter out toxic chemicals from the air, resulting in a light blue haze that emmits from the device.

A man outcast by his people, Akar grew up a Tusken warrior, one with a briliant mind and a deep connection to the spiritual world. Everything would change for the young man when he recieved a vision of an age long passed, a time when his home of Tatooine had oceans on it's surface. Wishing to bring that era back to his home, Akar allowed himself to become a social exile in Tusken culture, taking to the stars to learn about science and technology that was being produced by the people of the core. Now, armed with knowledge and at the head of a newly founded organization that looks to solve the problems of the galaxy, Akar makes himself known as the figurehead of a new movement, the Phoenix Initiative, the research subsidiary of Krinemonen Hydraworks.
