BIOGRAPHY:
Akodya is the illegitimate child of a Jedi named Nake Mune, who was intending to leave the order to be with his lover who was pregnant with Akodya at the time. The pair planned to run away together and for Akodya's father to leave the order to live a simple life on Corellia. The couple's fantasies were shattered when an old enemy of Nake discovered that he was in love and the woman was with child, he made it his number one priority to find and murder her and the unborn Akodya. After receiving visions of this mercenary foe plotting his attack, Nake organised safe houses for his lover and his lover's parents. Around the time Akodya's mother was due to give birth to her she was attacked in one of the homes, the old enemy killing her parents before closing in on her. Nake sensed danger and arrived shortly, just in time to stop the enemy from murdering his partner. The pair fought agressivly, destroying most of the house in the process. Nake demanded that Akodya's mother flee to Corellia and he'd met her there once he had finally defeated the attacker. Unfortunately, he never did. Nake was killed by the mercenary and his body was set alight along with the house.
Akodya's mother did end up living the simple life her and Nake longed for, although she was never quite the same again. Akodya was a happy and healthy baby girl, but even though couldn't bring a smile to her ma's lips. Her mother told Akodya when she was old enough to understand that Nake died a jedi, even though she didn't really grasp what that title implied. When Akodya was around three she showed signs of being strong in the force much to her mothers distress. That same year, a jedi master discovered her while she was playing in the front of her house and felt she'd suit the life of a Jedi. The Jedi tried to convince Akodya's mother to let her take Akodya away to train and she originally refused. After thinking about it for awhile her mother obliged despite her fears of Akodya having the same fate as her father. Soon enough Akodya arrived at a jedi temple ready to learn the ways of the force along with many over younglings.
Akodya grew to be a very compassionate and relatively friendly padawan who was fiercely loyal to the order and the Jedi code. She was a talented healer and enjoyed learning about medicine, and spend a lot of whatever free time she managed to get reading medical journals and meditating. Akodya had a firery personality, taking on her chores and duties with zest and enthusiasm. However she is prone to be a little bit short tempered and tries her best to keep her emotions under control. As a young adult she began understand what happened to her father and concluded it was a result of breaking the Jedi code, his death would have been avoided if he had not formed such a close emotional bond with another person. Akodya goes to great lengths to stay professional and be 'the perfect jedi' and strives for perfection in everything she does. She developed a fear of following the same path as her father and tried not to make close friends with anyone, which left her lonely.
After completing her jedi trails successfully Akodya was made a padawan at age 16, but remained without a master for the next three years. The first Jedi knight who was willing to take her own perished on a mission, so Akodya was left jumping from temporary master to temporary master until she was around 19. A Jedi gaurdian named Joshua Dragonsflame had been obversing her progress while she was masterless and offered to take her under his wing. Hesitant at first, Akodya's new master slowly grew on her, and slowly let the formalities slip away in order to learn the meaning of being a true Jedi.
