SPECIAL FEATURES

• Akute iv tave Asimi: Roughly translated to 'Eye of the Storm' from High Sith to Galactic Basic, Akute iv tave Asimi is the name Zahori had given to her armor after strengthening it through Sith alchemy. Through this process, the armor became even stronger along with one deadly side effect: Zahori's ability to control her natural lightning abilities in conjunction with Force lightning would be multiplied to the point where she could conjure a Force storm with relative ease.

Strengths:

• Self-healing armor: The metal components of the armor are made from laminanium. This makes the armor capable of repairing itself should it happen to take damage.
• Anti-electromagnetic: Beneath the laminanium armor pieces is an underlay of pyronium molded into a Faraday cage-like form. This gives Zahori protection from electromagnetic energy, such as ion blasters, by absorbing the energy then dissipating it harmlessly.
• Anti-Blaster: Both the Maalraas hide bodyglove and Simmersilk cloak provide incredible protection from blasters

Weaknesses:

• Overflow: An excess amount of electromagnetic energy at once can be too much for the pyronium to take in all at once, thus leaving Zahori vulnerable to some of the residual energy.
• Slow healing factor: Though the lamnianium is capable of healing itself, it can take a few moments to do so and many don't have a few moments when in the heat of battle.
• Force light: Sith alchemy has strengthened the armor to incredible levels, however it has created one huge weakness in the process. Strong applications of Force light are capable of damaging the armor greatly.
• Into the Void: As the armor's special effect is given unto Zahori through the Force, any form of force nullification(i.e. Ysalimiri, Void Stone, etc.) will nullify this effect.

DESCRIPTION

For almost her entire career in the Navy, whether it was her early years in the Confederacy or her time spent in the Sith Empire, Zahori Denko had never once considered the need for her to bear armor. Very few had ever challenged her in combat, and even fewer made it within striking distance, and none lived to see the next day.

However, time comes with experience and lessons learned.

Zahori watched her fellow Sith donning special armor left and right, without seeing the necessity for it all. She knew her Sith brethren were unstoppable forces without any need for armor to protect them. And then, it dawned on her. The armor was not meant to protect them. It was a symbol. A symbol of their strength in the Dark side. A symbol that strikes terror in their enemies. A symbol that goes back long ago to the ancient Sith. This is what led Zahori down the path to creating her own armor.

Utilizing her resources and contacts within the Sith-Imperial Corps of Engineers, Zahori was soon able to see her own armor come to fruition. She provided little feedback on what she wanted from the guild. She trusted their handiwork as they have built armor for many Sith Lords throughout their time. What they presented her with thoroughly exceeded her expectations. It fit the aesthetic she was looking for while also being a true set of armor capable of protecting her in the heat of battle. But, she needed more. Something to give her even a greater edge against her enemies. Zahori knew of the applications of Sith alchmey, but never touched it herself. This led her to the Alchemist's Guild on Korriban. She gave them her armor for them to empower through Sith alchemy. Their methods were crude, yet effective. Once they were complete, Zahori retrieved her armor from them. Instantly upon donning the armor, Zahori could feel the power of the dark side surging through it.

The alchemists named it Akute iv tave Asimi, which in High Sith meant Eye of the Storm.
