Intent: I have grown muse-less for Alachei but wish to preserve her, and enable others to use her in ways they see fit, such as an NPC representative for them in Senate meetings, or a plot-piece Master for Mnenchei Force-Users, etc.
Name: Alachei Mnemenos I
Loyalties: The Mnenchei Monarchy, The Galactic Republic
Role: Ankai (High Queen) of the Mnenchei Monarchy, Senator of the Galactic Republic (bumped up from Jr. Sen. for the sake of NPCing)
Development Threads: My Character Sheet
Age: 31 (20 in Mnenchei years)
Species: Mnenchei
Force-Sensitive: Knight
Appearance:
SEX: Female
HEIGHT: 2.12 meters
WEIGHT: 59.42 kilograms
EYES: Silver / Lavender
HAIR: Straight, Waist-Long, White
SKIN: Alabaster
Personality:
A highly intellectual mind taught to think before acting, Alachei is usually tactical and quick to deduce a favorable course of action. As part of her education to become an Enclave Shaman, she was trained to constantly seek the balance in the natural forces, otherwise known by most as the Force. Because of this, she understands that every action must have an equal and opposite reaction; no different is the Force. A double-edged sword as she gets closer to dual mastery of the Force and of her shamanism, the buildup of power from the world around her turns into a sort of static in her natural balance, giving her mild mania (for Light Side exertion) or dementia (for Dark Side exertion) where the feelings and thoughts of the sentient beings around her reflect in her mind - sometimes manifesting as voices and impulses - until she rests in which it is all but forgot after she wakes.
Alachei has always been a loner and a drifter. Because of her role and her lifestyle, she isn't very sociable and it is difficult to gain her full trust, even after extended periods of time. Always trying to drive herself further for the sake of her aspirations for her race, she is more prone to exhaust herself unsparingly - physically or in the Force - than is common. Her desire to master a harmony between both sides of the Force constantly exposes her to the risk of harm, especially when considering the advent of combining both; a danger to even the most stoic.
Weapon of Choice: MourningStar
Wealth: Apx. 900,000,000 (between her nobility, former RRDI sales, and treasury savings at the hands of HK, SI and SE)
Combat Function: Primarily diplomatic, violence as a last resort, incredibly resourceful, duelist, master of Mnenchei arts.

Notable Possessions:
Alachei was born on Sikune on one of the out-towns about seventy miles from the center of Exodus Prime. She, like the seldom exceptions sometimes produced from her kind, was born sensitive to the force and grew an affinity early on. Because of this, she was encouraged to become an Enclave shaman; one of the dozen or so who held the fate of her peoples’ future in their hands. Yet she was born a noble, a member of the current dynasty’s clan, a third line, first generation daughter. Despite the Enclave’s ultimate authority over even the dynastic queen in crucial matters, she disliked the idea of being constantly foreshadowed by her predecessor. Throughout her entire teen years she was trained in the ways of the shaman and taught to read nature, Ri’ess and the forces around her… the Force.
Though none of them knew it, and none of them controlled it, Alachei was slowly growing attuned to the Force. Even though she did not wield it like a Jedi or Sith could, she could feel it. Before the time came to make her choice - become a shaman in the enclave or assume the life of a typical - she left. No one knew where she went, or why she left. Her travels aboard a worn out hyperspace freighter destined her to Ansion, just outside of Republic space. It was there, where the silent refugees of her race’s homeworld intermingled with the races of the galaxy, that she found opportunities to make capital on her own and without drawing unnecessary attention at that. Selling her ship for initial funding, Alachei became a bounty hunter and used the opportunities to traverse and learn about various planets in the galactic northwestern hemisphere. This experience was invaluable for a rogue wanderer such as herself.
After several years had passed, and Alachei had hunted all but force users themselves, much had changed about her life and those of her kind. Mnencheiasus had become a valuable source of raw exports to the nearby systems, whilst still remaining under the radar of galactic governments and organizations through careful redistribution networks. Her dynasty continued to flourish and her kin grew complacent, all while she grew further into a potent force manipulator. Throughout her adventures, she had seen and heard stories of lightsabers and their wielders. Once she was able to find the information about their construction, it was little time before she had put her hereditary forging skills to good use making a model of her own. As for a Mnenchei with noble roots, acquiring a refined natural Kalestat crystal was a trivial task.
Alachei wanted something more, something greater for her and all her kind. She wanted to usher in a new era for her people. Yet they and the world around them refused so. The galaxy was a harshly unforgiving place, especially to newcomers, doubly so for their stunted population. With no one to question her authority, Alachei became an Emissary of the Mnenchei and began subtly pulling the strings of galactic politics from under the shadow of obscurity. Not only brilliant but virtually a rogue shaman trained to understand both sides of the natural energies, her path to find power in both sides of the Force began… all as she strode the fine line between bliss and madness.
Other Notes: With the exception of fighting and very personal subjects, feel free to use Alachei without my permission unless the former.
Mon-Ke-Cin Form (Draft Ver.):
__Mon Ke Cin derives from an age-old combat form known and taught throughout the M'xawanee class as a means to protect the kingdom and the safety of its inhabitants. After over a millenia of refinement, the first Force adept -- Alachei Mnemenos -- introduced lightsaber combat into the old martial art form, producing what it is today. As Mon Ke Cin in particular is a lightsaber form, it is generally only practiced by Force-sensitive individuals. However, the principles of its predecessor can even be learned by others, using little more than a solid blade.
__The Mon Ke Cin form is unique in that it has an emphasis on the careful redirection and exertion of physical force from both combatants; thus, it is effectively a duelist's form. What is more, it has a strong emphasis on the use of greatsabers and shoto-saberstaves for a greater deal of range and impact -- a trait deriving from the earliest uses of hand glaives as a primary weapon of the M'xawanee peacekeepers. In some rare cases, even the unique and powerful trisaber is seen in use training.
__The form directly relies on the swift maneuverability that slender, near-digitigrade physiology allows the Mnenchei. Though they excel, almost any humanoid species can be taught to use Mon Ke Cin effectively with rigorous training. Because of its complex chains of fluid form, it is easily one of the hardest lightsaber forms to master by human standards. Most of its attacks rely on evasive movements, well-timed counterattacks and heavy precision strikes. It exemplifies the patience of its progenitors who have little difficulty gauging an opponent and waiting for weakness to exploit. Thrusts and heavy sweeps are quite common during an attack as they make the most effect out of its stance. Another common move is the rotating of one's lightsaber or saberstaff in their hand or palm; this can be both an excellent defense and a potent offense to batter down and overwhelm an opponent, forcing them to withdraw and keep their distance. The trisaber is the most effective tool of this method, however it is also the most hazardous due to its shape and size. The use of a lightsaber in this way also enables the wielder to deflect many oncoming bolts at once, and all with one hand.

Mon-Ke-Cin Form (Draft Ver.):
__Since the creation of the first dynasty by the hands of the very first Mnehchei shaman, a corps of peacekeepers has been carefully maintained. Throughout the centuries, they refined their arts and passed it down from one generation to the next, each after it adding or refining another aspect. With the dawn of a new era of galactic expansion and Force-potent shaman warriors, the ancient arts find themselves at their greatest peak yet.__Mon Ke Cin derives from an age-old combat form known and taught throughout the M'xawanee class as a means to protect the kingdom and the safety of its inhabitants. __Preferred Weapons: Saber Club or Trisaber
Hawk Catching Fish___________
The wielder swings their saber up with their main hand until it rolls over their head, facing the ground behind them. Then, they will grab it with both hands, dragging it across the ground as they attempt a powerful uppercut. The resistance of a blade against the surface allows full physical force to be applied to the moving of the saber, and once its tip leaves the ground that energy is released into the uppercut.
Difficulty - ■■■■■
Crosswinds__________
This technique requires two individual sabers. The wielder will swing both of their blades outward horizontally, left to the left and right to the right. At the end of the swing, they will quickly twist their wrist so that the blades are facing out like a cone, then repeat the same swings in reverse. This may continue many times in succession and is useful in forcing an opponent armed with a single saber back from their original standing and keep them in a blocking stance. Against regular targets, it can be a lethal scissor that cuts through a row of enemies. However, once committed, this technique typically leaves the wielder open to a precision attack; particularly from behind, as both of their arms would be crossed forward, maximizing their reaction time.
Difficulty - ■■■■■
Great Spider Fangs__________
Using two individual sabers, the wielder will underhand their sabers and cut up, inward crossing, so that the butts of the sabers are at their shoulders with their arms crossed over their chest. They may they then push their arms forward with their body weight into it to forcefully impale an oncoming opponent. This is particularly effective against beasts and non-sentient creatures, as they will generally rush into it, impaling themselves on the forward blades. It can be both defensive or fully carried out to become an offensive. This technique can be carried out with sabers or trisabers, though it is not recommended to use saberstaffs due to their 180 degree nature.
Difficulty - ■■■■■
Volcanic Monsoon__________
This technique is simple and brutal, and requires two sabers of any kind; shoto lightsabers are preferred. The wielder, from any stance, will underhand the sabers and begin punching to his left with his right arm, then to his right with his left arm, and vice verse. This motion is repetitive and should be carried out as quickly and possible. Combined with blistering speed, it can create a barrage of potent strikes. Simultaneously with the final strike, the wielder will then commit a spinning kick with the leg of the same side as their striking arm.
Difficulty - ■■■■■
Eye of the Hurricane__________
Though possible with any kind of lightsaber, a greatsaber, saberstaff or trisaber will yield the greatest results with this technique. The wielder begins spinning their saber in their hand/palm using their main hand primarily. They begin to spin it with such speed that it almost forms a barrier from oncoming attacks. They may then lift it over their heads tilted forward with both hands, continuing the spin, and end with the off-hand on the opposite side of their body. This maneuver is primarily for deflecting bolts, though when applied to a close-quarters situation, it is effective at repelling inferior armed enemies.
Difficulty - ■■■■■
Nova of the Celestial Seas__________
Considered a master skill, the Celestial Nova technique almost exclusively requires a trisaber in use. It is very hard (and risky) to achieve proper results with any other weapon. The wielder will spin their trisaber in their main hand alone. When they have built up enough speed, it is then guided with the Force and carefully rotated like clockwork around their entire body in seemingly unpredictable orbits using their hands to propel it -- sometimes completely letting go and grabbing from another hand or point. During these orbits, the blade may sometimes stop seemingly out of the blue, or speed up in rotation rapidly; all at the expert handwork and force focus of the user. This flurry of cyclonic attacks can literally slice and decimate a target or parry back a lightsaber blade. It should never be attempted by anyone with anything less that a full understanding of Mon Ke Cin lest they cause grievous and potentially mortal injury to themselves and others around them.
Difficulty - ■■■■■
