GENERAL INFORMATION

• Description: The Al'Hari Trooper are your standard infantry troops. They represent the rank-and-file making up the newly constituted Federation. Formerly warriors representing their Ghosh- or clan- they now fight for all of Haruun Kal.

STRENGTHS:

• Adaptable. Before they were part of an organized fighting force, Troopers fought with their clans, or loosely knit militias in alliances of convenience. They are very comfortable fighting asymmetric, unconventional battles against better equipped foes.
• Strong with the Force, He Is. While not trained in the conventional sense, Al'Hari Troopers are Korunnai, making them innately Force Sensitive. This manifests in primarily physical manifestations; they can run faster in bursts, and jump higher. However, if a Trooper was to face a trained, healthy Force User alone, the odds would surely be against him or her.
• Come a lil' closer. Al 'Hari troopers prefer and excel in close combat, prefer the use of edge vibro-weapons- be a sword or axe. The sight of a charging Korun would often cause panic in Confederate ranks.

WEAKNESSES:

• Artillery. Haruun Kal's very environment makes bringing most of the galaxy's technology non-starter. Consequently, Troopers don't deal with munitions of that variety, making them vulnerable in the open field.
• Your not in Kansas anymore. By and large, Al'Hari troopers have conducted military operations primarily in Haruun Kal. They're pretty green in the ways of the galaxy.
• Who are you talking to?! The Federation as a whole is attempting to shift Korunnai from thinking of only the clans, to all of Haruun Kal, but centuries of infighting and animosity doesn't just go away all night. Building espirit de corps in the ranks will take time.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Following the ratification of the Al'Har Pact, the Al'Har Federation was formed in 897 ABY. Up to that point, the "army" was a loose grouping of clans rowing in the same direction, held together by mutual interest in expelling the foreign invaders, and the leadership of Lehvi Vass . In an effort to build a shared identity- one Korun people, one tribe- The High Council formalized the establishment of the Al'Hari Army.

The Al'Hari Trooper represents the rank-and-file of the Army. Mostly veterans of the past conflicts, they now serve as infantrymen, logistics, maintenance, military law enforcement, etc.
