The Oyubaat was packed, crammed with mandalorians from all walks of life, answering the call to gather and discuss their threats and future. The only free seats were at the bar, set aside for

and herself. It was as close as they got to holding a council.
Mia didn't care for alor's being the only ones who spoke, every mandalorian had a right to hear the news, and the right to comment and put forth their ideas. It's what has always kept them on the same page.
You didn't lead mandalorians, you made suggestions and if they were good enough, they would follow.
A hush fell over the bar as she removed her helmet and set it on the bartop, accepting the drink from the tender before turning to address the room, a glance towards Ijaat to confirm she could begin.
“Su’cuy, vode. The restoration of our home is well underway but we still have a long way to go. We lost too many in Carnifex's assault, and the awakening of the Hydra within Sundari is a problem that needs to be dealt with sooner or later. We might have increased our numbers by bringing other planets into the fold but we are still in dire need of resources.”
Her sapphire eyes shifted over the crowd taking in each face and t-visor present, making note of those that weren't.
“In addition to this, threats loom on each of our borders. The Empire of the Lost, the Sith Order, and in the north, the Dark Empire.” Mia didn't want to fight in the Alliance's war, they had enough resources and men to fight their own battles. “We've already engaged the Order at Kaas, something they will not let slide and we owe our neighbours for their actions on Gala.”
“For the moment, the Dark Empire only exists as a threat to our allies and the Galactic Alliance are more than equipped to handle them. There are some within their ranks that would pay handsomely for us to stay out of it or even switch sides but we have enough to be contending with without getting tangled in that mess.”
“We need to strengthen our own borders, set up early warning systems and ensure that our forces are able to react to threats as they arise.”
