All Fun and Games (Ta'ek Viss)

Tattooine. A horrid place filled with the lowest scum of the Galaxy. The perfect place to be when you're bored. As the two suns began to set, Luminara made her way into the cantina. Mos Eisley had to be the best place to go when she was in the mood for fun. There was always someone around who got the ball rolling without delay. Taking a seat in a random booth, she waited excitedly for carnage to commence.

Ta'ek walked into the bar, bored as ever. That's all he ever felt, unless he was indulging his animalistic side. As he approached the bar, a twi'lek female, possibly once a dancer, caught his eye. She was attractive enough, shapely in all the places a twi'lek dancer should be, bit what really drew him to her was he sensed a similar boredom and saw the same jaded gaze in her eyes as she surveyed the typical bar scum.

As he approached her, so did another man.

"Wanna buy a death stick?" He asked her with a lurid leer.

Ta'ek strode up calmly, "I would," he cut in.

He motioned at the Twi'lek. "How 'bout you?"

The fun had begun. A pathetic excuse for a man came up to Luminara and offered her a death stick. She didn't enjoy drugs or alcohol as she saw stuffing herself full of body-killing substances was an utter waste of time and effort. But when an interesting being cut in as well, she couldn't help but grin. It wasn't a pleasant grin, either. This being appeared to be a man, but had certain facial features that reminded her of her Pureblood friend Ballen-Ist. The most interesting thing of all was the fact that he was clad in armor from head-to-toe. She took a death stick from the pathetic man's hand. "Hmmmm..... I don't know. These don't seem authentic enough for me." As she said this, Lumi gave the seller a horrible smile. "Are they made with real, fresh death?" She asked.

@Ta'ek Viss

Ta'ek lit up his death stick and took a deep drag. The concept of drugs didn't bother him, he was used to seeing and doing them in the Underworld of Nar Shadaa.

"This death stick is DEFINITELY NOT made with fresh death," he said feigning disgust. "Needs a little something.....extra"

Lighting fast, he drew one if his twin blades, and thrust it through the man's abdomen.

He coughed and sputtered, a thick spatter of blood dripping from his chin as his heart stopped. He slumped over, and Ta'ek swung his other sword, beheading the man. The other bar patrons quickly began to open fire in their direction. Ta'ek crouched low, as if to avoid the incoming barrage, but instead took the dead man's credits, as well as his remaining death sticks.

He then shot the twi'lek a dangerously playful gaze, his mood shifting from somber to serene the moment he drew blood.

'Well, that escalated quickly. Care to dance, milady?"

Luminara gave him a "you could do better" look. "A clean kill. Despicable," She said. "One should never pass up the opportunity to let them bleed. It's like painting a picture. First, you have to set the scene." As she said this, she rose from her crouch. With a jubilant grin, she raised both of her hands. Suddenly a brilliant torrent of purple lightning flooded the small cantina. A chorus of screaming filled the air.

Ta'ek watched as the Twi'lek raised her hands to the rafters, and a crackle of electricty surged into the patrons if the bar.

"Fancy indeed, milady," he said with a blasé tone. "But its the sensation of cutting flesh that intrigues me. Watching the life drain from their eyes."

As he said this, sheathing one sword, he reached back behind the bar, and took hold of the Chiss bartender by the throat. With strength that belied his average-sized frame, he lifted the Chiss into the air, and the wretch's crimson eyes flashed desperately for an escape. There was none.

Ta'ek tossed the Chiss high into the air, and the twin Angels flashed like silver streaks of deadly fluid, and the Chiss was sliced cleanly into 5 pieces, splattering his blood all over the Twi'lek's face and bosom.

"You're right though, it is quite the lovely picture after all," he blew her a mocking kiss, and leapt over the bar to bury his swords deep in the chest of a Gamorean who had stood up and was now charging toward the duo with a vibroaxe. The grotesque pig-troll squealed and collapsed into a heap as Ta'ek flung his left hand blade into an approaching Human male's face. The gore that followed was both shockingly brutal, and soothingly satisfying to Ta'ek.

"Don't tell me you're afraid of getting those pretty little hands all bloody now. That would be a real deal breaker!"

As he said those last two words, he wrenched his blade out of the fallen humans face savagely, as if to emphasize his point, and then roared as he leaped towards two more incoming bogeys, cutting them down like grass before his razor sharp Angels of Mercy.

Luminara laughed hysterically as the blood showered down on her. She relinquished her lightning and reached up a finger to her cheek. Swiping a bit of the blood from her face, she licked it off with her tongue. "Hm. Not a bad flavor. Would be nicer if it was a bit more sweet, though." She said more to herself then anyone else. She watched the madness around her and shook her head. "No, no, no. This is all wrong! There's no music! Everyone is completely out of tune!" She closed her eyes, and reached out with the Force. She was able to touch every mind that was left. She delved into them, as they were too weak to protect against her power. Using her Illusions, she made each of them go blind and deaf. They began screamng that they couldn't see or couldn't hear and fumbling around desperately. In her own twisted mind, Luminara considered this to be a lovely song. She sighed contently, opening her eyes. "There. That sounds much better."

Ta'ek felt a surge of power in the room, and everything seemed to dim for a moment, his vision growing dark, before he felt a stirring within himself and the influence over his mind seemed to dissapate. The remaining bar patrons all seemed to be screaming, running wildly like a Gungan with its head chopped off. Blindly. He looked over at the Twi'lek, who seemed to be in a trance of sorts. She was obviously a Force wielder, and from his brief experience with her mastery, it seemed to him that she was a Sith, or at least a user of the Dark Side.

Never one to miss a beat, Ta'ek seemed to flow from corner to corner, he's blades lashing out from very angle, in what would have seemed an elegant and graceful dance, if you ignored the flashing of steel, the screams of agaony, and the blood spattering everywhere. However, his companion seems to rather enjoy these aspects, and as he hewed down body after body, he felt her focus deepen, the remaining patrons/victims being dragged deeper and deeper into whatever nightmarish mental abyss the dark Twi'lek had pulled them all into. He felt a whisper in his ear, and turned just in time to see a shimmer in the air behind her. Not thinking twice, he grabbed a nearby blaster, and fired. The bolt whizzed past the Twi'lek's head and into the shimmer. There was the cheesy scream that had been uttered by almost every scumbag in the galaxy that had ever caught a blaster bolt or been thrown to his demise, and as the stealth field dissolved, a Bothan clutching a disintegrator fell dead to the ground. It was obvious he had been using some type of cerebral implant, since even Ta'ek himself had almost succumbed to the visions. He gave the Twi'lek a sly wink, and spun one last time, decapitating a pair of Wookiees who had just emerged from below the cantina. As the two beastial organisms fell to ground, Ta'ek surveyed the bar for others. It seemed to be just himself and her now....

Luminara sensed the Bothan behind her. She turned swiftly, activating her red lightsaber and dragging it across his chest just as the Pureblood hybrid shot him. He fell to the ground in two peices. "Nice aim," She said as she looked down at the body. Sighing, she stretched as if she'd just woken up from a nap. "Well, that was fun. You're an excellent player." She glanced at him and smiled seductively.

"Always a pleasure to meet a capable woman," Ta'ek said. Luminara had moved so swiftly to cut down the cloaked Bothan, he hadn't even realized her strike was perfectly timed with his shot til he had finished with the Wookiees.
That had all been in a matter of miliseconds, but his reflexes where that precise.

"We should do this again sometime," he said with a wink, before he leapt through the skylight and vanished into the alleys of Tatooine.
