The Problem: Some of you are being led astray by Factory Judges who think they know the answer to this question: Do we allow copyrighted images?

The Answer: Yes. There is no restriction on where they come from. All we ask is that you cite the images.

In the case that somebody does indeed violate copyright, I will receive a DMCA notice. I will comply with that notice. No harm, no foul.

Please stop informing people that they cannot use certain images. It is fine as long as they cite the source.

I had thought this was cleared up - the issue was direct crossovers from franchises such as Halo as opposed to the images themselves. I'll make sure this is brought to the attention of all the Factory Staff, however, [member="Tefka"]

Question for clarification:

Images from WH40k and associated IPs by Games Workshop? They tend to be overzealous about their copyrights. Do we preemptively restrict those images, or just wait to see if they say anything?

Just asking for direction.
