Here's where it gets hilarious.

Now, none of them have arrived in our territory yet. When they do (since they have to get through LS space to get to Kyrikal), though I could happily manage this myself, my sincere hope is that this is the moment when the Levantine Sanctum stands up from where it's been chilling in a corner doing its thang, and everyone realizes it's got a mild disposition for an 800lb gorilla.

Potential plans of action:

a ) Show up with a Levantine fleet that dwarfs theirs, and demand they leave or our MC220s will disable them all.

b ) Rave hands over a check for like 10,000credits. 'Here's your two weeks. GTFO.'

c ) Fallanassi blow their cover but do something amazing.

d ) Have judgment on the case turned over to the Sanctum patrollers, specifically people like [member="Ilias Nytrau"] or Seydon or whatever.

e ) Show up in a shuttle - Rave, Seydon, and company -- and negotiate in person. Possible combination with a, b, c or d.

f ) them up

Incoming fleets:
Crystalsong Commonwealth (12 ships between 400-1000m = up to 12000m)
Ri'ess Regal Drives (Tier 3: max combat ship length 1000m, max fleet length 4500m)
Ri'essi Union and Manufacturing (Tier 2: max combat ship length 667m, max fleet length 2000m)
Red Ravens (21 ships between 400-1000m = up to 21000m, but they've already established that they also? have a HUGE fleet of ships under 100m)

Potential others:
Nova Outbound Fleet (7 ships between 400-1000m = up to 7000m)
Corsair Brotherhood (only <400m)

So at a guess, we're looking at around 30-50,000m of enemy ship, all of it 1000m or less.

We are, however, a major faction. That, and AEI (their target) can field 12500m of ships up to 1667m, so that's something. If necessary, the rest of Tion will stomp.

Once they pass Troiken on their way to Kyrikal via Laekia, we'll know they're bound for our territory, so there will be forewarning to some extent.
