Their clothes are almost always seductive, perhaps playing to their Zeltron heritage of simply planned for their place as Negotiators for the Coratanni Cartel.
Both of the twins take a great amount of pride in how they dress and appear. They hold themselves up as the 'standard' of the Cartel, and indeed how they have style themselves is often copied by the Coratanni Runners. This is something they quite enjoy, and more often than not the two twins like to egg each other on with new and unique designs in their outfits.
More often than not Allira tends to dye her hair red, purple, and blue whereas her sister's hair is a more solid teal. Allara's tattooes are also lighter in nature, giving off a certain glow in dark conditions.

Above everything else the Twin's role within the Cartel is to act as negotiators and Ambassadors for Coratanni. They are the ones who meet with representatives of corporations, other cirminal organizations, and even governments. Being Zeltrons they are easily able to read the emotions of others and turn the table of nearly any conversation. They are also of course able to utilize their species well known pheromones to great effect.
These skills are well utilized by the two girls, and it is often they who create the actual ties the Cartel relies on to further it's business all over the galaxy. Meeting with the twins is often a pleasant experience, one of the few the Coratanni Cartel has to offer.

Neither of the twins have an ounce of modesty, and neither shy away from pushing the envelope when it gets them what they want.
Despite this almost jovial nature, both Allira and Allara have the same near sociopathic tendencies of the other Thawne children. Though they are not extraordinarily violent themselves, the twins do enjoy watching violent things be done. It is not quite right to call them sadistic, but both of the girls quite enjoy blood-sport and other things of that nature, their Zeltron nature allowing them to 'read' people particularly well during these bouts.
Though their personalities are a perfect mirror of one another, when one digs deeply enough it is easy to tell Allira is the more forceful of the two twins. Between the girls it is often Allira who pushes the envelope, with Allara simply allowing her sister to take charge.

Though they have been trained to defend themselves, this would not really help them beyond fending off some street toughs. More often than not the two girls are surrounded by a gaggle of Coratanni Runners or even Executioners.
When caught out in a fight, the two girls tend to simply either run away and hide or look for the most indirect way of fighting.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Allira and Allara were born as one might expect on the planet of Zeltros.
Interestingly enough none of the Thawne's, save for Slevin and Natalia of course, are actually aware of the exact origins of their siblings. As far as many of the others are concerned Allira and Allara simply appeared within the household one day, and from then on they were a part of the family.
The truth of the matter was of course far more dark, and in fact the twins were the illegitimate offspring of a former business partner than Slevin and Natalia later murdered. They took the children into their custody as an act of charity, something that was of course done mostly on Natalia's bidding. Since they were brought into the family at a young age, neither Allira nor Allara really remember much of their life before.
Of course, this meant that the twins fit perfectly into the family.
Like many of the other Thawne's Allira and Allara are devoutly loyal to their parents. The two girls have come to see themselves as the 'face' of the Cartel, heavily tattooing their bodies and dressing themselves to display what they thought Coratanni should 'look' like. Their siblings often call the Twins fashionista's, something that annoys many of them. Of course their mother delights in these ostentatious displays, and often encourages the girls to go further and further.
Perhaps the most personable of the Thawne's besides maybe Felix, the Twin's function as emissaries and ambassadors of Coratanni.
