Harsh Training - All KDY Clones are trained under live weapons fire, including explosive elements. - Determination - KDY Clones are trained to ignore pain and fear, to keep fighting, even if they know defeat is imminent.
- Near Mindless - KDY Clones follow a strict protocol, and rarely act on their own unless combat engages and superior officers are not available to give commands. This means they may intentionally ignore flanking enemies, allow themselves to ran over by vehicles, or even ignore clear signs of pain (Radiation, fire, toxic substances, etc)
- Cannon Fodder - KDY Clones are designed to be killed, intentionally. When an enemy attacks, they stay and fight. Sometimes they don't bother fighting. If they run out of ammunition, they will walk into enemy fire so that what they are protecting doesn't get hit. They are trained to take shots before looking for ammo, if they are ordered to defend.
[*]Description: Alpha Force was not entirely a separate force from the bulk of Kuat Drive Yards cloned army, but they were a unit assigned to guard the KDY Orbital Array. With no different in training, these clones are like walking tanks; in the way that tanks will walk into enemy fire and provide cover for allied infantry, and throwing everything they have at the enemy. Alpha Force is required to hold the KDY Orbital Array against all hostile threats, and no one is allowed to enter off-limits areas, except authorized personnel. If a fight were to break out, they would never retreat, under any circumstances. Even the last soldier would continue to fight as if his entire force was still alive. THey may be tasked with offensive missions in the Kuat System
