DESCRIPTION
The Type I is a Special Forces armour created by Alterra, it is not for open sale, and is only gifted to Special Forces working under Alterra Inc. or the CIS. It is most commonly used during strike missions, due to it's resistance to blasters. It is fair to say that it is an all-round good choice of armour. It's not exactly light, and restricts the range of movement one might have a fair bit. It features a pistol holder, and a grip to store a Alterra MK 1 Fusion Rifle. It has two holders for grenades, pouches for power cells, a heads up display in the helmet, a gas mask/re-breather, which allows the wearer to go through areas with toxic air/swim under water with moderate ease.
