Rather than favoring aesthetics alone, Alyra chose a hilt that emphasizes practicality. The activation stud and energy output are ingeniously managed by a swift motion of her thumb across the control module, ensuring efficient operation in combat situations.
Lacking prior training in the Force, Alyra Morran chose to utilize a synthetic Kyber Crystal, unable to undergo the process of bleeding a naturally formed crystal at the outset of her journey as a Sith Acolyte. Instead, she sought out the accessibility of a specially crafted crystal sourced from Darth Malum of House Marr, whose endorsement paved the way for Alyra to commence her education and training at the esteemed Sith Academy.
Instead of relying on meditative techniques to assemble her Lightsaber components, Alyra employed tools that aligned better with her expertise. With meticulous attention, she crafted the weapon, integrating a Bifurcating Cyclical-Ignition Pulse that ensured its functionality even when submerged.
Upon completing the build, Alyra ignited the Lightsaber, revealing its unstable and serrated Ruby Red blade—a manifestation of her novice craftsmanship yet a reflection of her untamed and fiery temperament.
