An Idea for a Role Play

As I thought about a few things I believe the best way to showcase strength of Cyn, I will need to explore the weaknesses. So the RP itself would revolve around her intentions of joining the Order and trying to let go of her past as she tried to claim so many times she would. A times breaking her promise as she tries to find some clue of her past and the boy she had met years ago through the Holonet.

It would start as Cyn begins to attempt to live her own life as she is being tracked down by a competent Hunter along with one of the eager Scientist trying to reclaim his organization's experiment. Little to no read of her situation Cyn is unaware of this hunt as she believes that she had pushed away that part of her past away and far from her. (I'm looking for a neutral planet close to the Order's controlled space) Through either pick pocketing (Which feeling incredibly sorry for) or stowaway on board Public Civilian Transport Cyn would finally find herself at a loss but as well as curious to the outside world continuing to look around and try to find some information. Her trackers follow her through security footage.

Upon reaching the same city as Cyn, she herself senses something wrong like a prey being stalked and she begins to quickly to try and hide as well as find a way off planet.

Any thoughts and ideas to include/remove possibly?

It's a good idea. I like that you want top start before she finds the SJ. But, planning out every step of RP usually removes a good bit of the fun. It's great to have a rough idea of how you want things to go, but let the rest fall into place.

Well that was just the introduction to the point of the RP, a problem to move the story. As I also agree the real fun when I construct an entire story in my mind and see how other writers think or feel how the story should go and put their own thoughts on a story to the turn it into an epic.

The journey is the fun part than the destination. . .

[member="Cynthia Alucard"] Sounds a good idea, will be nice to read your "origins". Don't forget - it's YOUR story to tell so don't let others try and mould it into something to suit them if they bombard you with ideas about how Cyn should be or act.

You could either do it here on the SJ boards as a solo thread maybe, or in the main board as an Open Thread. The risk of that is if you have a plan in mind, other writers may come on and change the direction of it without intentionally doing do.

Best bet is to create a thread in RP Discussion with your ideas above and see who is interested out there to work with you to create something exciting or dramatic, and then a Private thread could be best for you to work with a set few so you all know where you're heading....does that make sense?

It's hard to find the write group when the rest of the writers haven't seen the full picture so I can see how it can effect how I myself would have wanted the story to be directed.

Though initially the question I had to myself was how I was suppose to either be recruited or how I am suppose to join the Order. This would be more Silver Jedi Centeric than anything so I'll have to think about that for a bit at first [Member="Connor Harrison"]
