Anat is not what you'd expect from a Sith Spawn creature. She isn't some heavily mutated, terrifying beast to shake the ages. She's just a tad bigger than normal for her species, far more intelligent, and has a greater vigilance about her. When in a normal state, she resembles a domestic dog while being anything but. However, if ever there was any sort of danger facing Kyrinov, Anat's appearance shifts. Her fur stands up all over her body to make her appear even larger, her eyes turn into a ghostly white hue, and her front canine teeth grow into two sets of razor-sharp saber teeth. She does this to protect him, however, she can be difficult to control in this state as she taps into her increased strength and cunning to bring an end to the presented threat. In this angered state, Anat is focused on disabling and, if the threat is severe enough, eliminating the danger posed to her companion.

Personality:
Anat is calm, collected, and observant 90% of the time. She's serious and elegant and seeks to look out for Kyrinov in any way she can. Around the citizens that often visit and roam about the commons in Ivory Peak, she is much more excited and relaxed because she often reflects the mood of Kyrinov. More often than not, she'll be seen at his side just about anywhere that's practical for her to be. She will even travel on select missions with the young Epicanthix, though only if he can mostly guarantee her safety. If Anat must ever protect her companion, she becomes guarded and extremely cautious of everything and everyone. If angered, she may become feral, to an extent, as well as cunning, calculating, and very dangerous.
Training:
Anat, being a Loth Wolf, has Force abilities and she also understands Galactic Basic. Due to her being a Sith Spawn, she is also able to tap into select Force abilities. Some Force abilities Anat may utilize are:
- Telepathy
- Force Sense (Danger)
- Force Speed
- Force Jump
- Phase (Limit: 2 meters)
- Alter Reality (Only used to alter a small space around Kyrinov to take him to a safe space in order to comfort him)
In addition to her Force abilities, Anat has been trained to assist in calming Kyrinov in instances of panic, moments of freezing, flashbacks, and the occasional nightmare. As such, her training has included, but is not limited to:
- Not howling or barking
- Not becoming distracted by outside stressors/factors (barking, loud noises, shouting people, etc.)
- Crowd control:
- Anat has been taught to reduce the cramped and trapped feeling Kyrinov may get when in massive crowds. This is a method to avoid any panic attacks that could potentially happen. The way this works for the pair is that Kyrinov will point to an area/distance he feels is close enough for other people to be near him, often only 3-4 steps from Kyrinov, Anat will then walk around Kyrinov at the set distance so he doesn't feel so constricted/trapped.
- Alerting:
- Alerting is often done to... well, alert. For Anat and Kyrinov, the alerting signal is a gentle nudge on the hand. Alerting is used in many different situations. To name a few, it can be used to alert of an incoming attack if Kyrinov has displayed warning signs. It may also be used to calm and help him unfreeze if his system has chosen to be still instead of choosing a more traditional fight or flight response.
- Panic Attacks & Flashbacks:
- During a panic attack that Anat is present for, she will try to remove Kyrinov's hands from over his face or out of his hair to keep him from pulling at it or away from his face to keep him from scratching himself or pulling out his hair to release the energy. She will then snuggle up across his lap so he can pet her and, hopefully, distinguish the real from the unreal. She might lick his face after too. Watch out for slobber.
- During flashbacks that Anat is present for, she may notice Kyrinov go completely still or respond to something that is not real. If he is still, the alert method will be used. If that doesn't work, she may howl a short, higher note to get his attention. This is the only instance where Anat will ever howl. If Kyrinov tries to move, she will place herself in front of Kyrinov as a tangible physical barrier in order to separate real from memory.
Combat Function:
In a battle situation, Anat is likely to attack any enemy that gets too close to Kyrinov. She provides support and may even incapacitate a target smaller than her by tackling them to the ground and pinning them. As Kyrinov and Anat are linked, they work gracefully together on the battlefield, both moving in sync like a well-oiled death machine. Ranged weapons like blasters are a problem though, especially considering Anat's size. She makes for an easy target if she isn't moving about.
Beware The Small Who Become Mighty: As a Sith Spawn, Anat is an enhanced version of a normal Loth Wolf. However, contrary to the stereotypes of Sith Spawn, Anat is not outwardly ferocious and menacing. Her enhancements serve to ensure her companion’s safety rather than to cause utter destruction.
Vigilance Is A Virtue: Due to a combination of training and instinct, Anat is extremely aware of her surroundings and various beings that may swarm the cities and various worlds the Epicanthix visits. Nothing escapes her watchful eye.
The Bond That Ties: Anat is bound to Kyrinov because of the simple fact that he created her. They are able to communicate telepathically and feel what the other feels.
The Bigger They Are: Anat is quite massive in comparison to other creatures and even those of her species. In combat, it makes her a large target, much like her companion. In domestic areas, she stands out with her size and jet black fur.
Unknown Figures: The Loth Wolf is quite cautious of strangers that approach Kyrinov. While she will not growl, her ears will flatten and her fur may stand up to make herself appear even larger until she gets to know the person.
A Loth Wolf puppy is a beautiful, cute little thing. When Kyrinov found Anat, rather gathered her up, he saw potential within the pup and felt an instant connection to her. He took the pup back to his home and immediately began the task of caring for and training the Loth Wolf.
Once Anat reached a year old, Kyrinov decided to test an experiment on his canine companion. While it was risky, he made sure that everything was where it should’ve been and ensured that Anat was safe and as comfortable as possible during the process. He made her a promise that he’d never intentionally put her in harm’s way, even from himself. The process was long, though the Knight was experienced with Alchemy.
However, when the process was done, Anat took time to herself to recover and feel like herself once more. She was… larger, for sure. But, the weeks and months following would prove that his experiment was a big success. She was faster, stronger, more intelligent, and a faster study than she ever had been. As the wolf grew and trained, she eventually became somewhat of a service dog, noticing Kyrinov’s nightmares, flashbacks, and warning signs as they grew ever closer. She was always there, by his side, to protect him.
The two were inseparable, they went virtually everywhere together. If they couldn’t venture out, the other would always check-in to make sure everything was going well. There was never a dull moment in their journey. Anat was ever the steadfast companion. She was the best that he could ever ask for.
