Description:

This weapon was one made by the very first Narrikian Emperor, the one who was killed in cold-blood. Created out of Alu-Steel and imbued with lightside Force Energies by that Narrikian Emperor this sword was also etched with runes that would provide it immunity to Force Lightning, and magnetism based weapons. This sword has no anti-theft measures as of yet put into it, although with time some could be put in place to prevent the sword from being turned against him. The sword could be corrupted by Darksiders, and used against him. This could also be turned against him by those who wield the light-side of the Force.

What technology is the sword outfitted with that recognizes who is holding it to decide whom to shock? How would clothing effect this (I.e, gloves)

A biometric scanner. Essentially it scans for the genetic patterns of the individual, and even scans for their retina patterns.

Gloves wouldn't affect it much.
