Ancient Treasures and Bitter Homecoming

The Ares system a back water star system that made other backwater systems look like Nar Shadaa an old legend tells that it was once home to an ancient empire that spanned across a hundred galaxies but it was just that a old legend what little society in the system was an pre insustrial tribal race and of course there was the old orbital fortress called The Void Keep the home to the now near dead clan Castelion now the only heir to the Castelion fortune returns in his mighty vessel The Executioner , The Executioner made it's way to the docking cable Michael, his carde of droids and the Mandalorian warriors that had willingly joined clan Castelion in tow along with some other allies who willingly joined him in this quest "You ready to see all the glory that is the Castelion dynasty a legacy that once caused fear across the galaxy "

Ice walked up next to him, his heavy sniper rifle in hand. With a crack of his neck, Ice smirked. "Bring it on brother." He had heard tales about this place, and was very much looking forward to getting a peak inside. If half of what he heard was true, this trip would be worth more than just about anything. Both to them and the Shadow Empire as a whole.

Rex was able to sneak away from the capital with not many people noticing joined [member="Michael Steelfang"] on his quest. TIberius had been quiet most of the trip in deep contemplation but now that they were here he shook it off ready for some adventure. Rex nodded at [member="Ice"] 's comment "I'm ready whenever you guys are" he stood in his custom Mandalorian armor. FOr him this was exciting solely on the fact it got him away from ruling for awhile.

Michael nodded "Alright then let's get moving " the group made their way to the Keep's entrance a massive door stood before them standing 30 meters high and 10 meters thick made of the finest mandalorian iron and depecting a massive battle between a group of mandalorian warriors and a horde of jedi "The battle of gray hook where 400 members of clan Castelion stood against 20000 jedi not a single jedi survived that battle they say the force backlash from that battle made the planet itself leathal to those who follow the light side of the force" beside the imposing door was a small pannel the only way to open or shut these unbreakable gates. Michael removed his gauntlet and placed his hand on the pannel the gates groaned in protest as the ancient gears that had long slumbered began came to life once more at one point these gates never shut trade and treasure flowed so regularly into the keep but now no treasure and trade from across the galaxy. As the gates opened they were met with the armory row apon row of weapons and armor ranging from distuptors to DC 15 blasters and beyond even the armor ranged from ancient suits of neo crusader armor to more recent suits of armor all painted iron grey with silver fine details each suit bore the clan Castelion crest apon it's chest a snarling three headed hound Michael muttered to himself"Welcome home"

The main gates were very impressive. He'd wager only a superweapon like the ones of old would be able to crack this baby open. When he heard the tale of this place though, a look of disbelief appeared on his face. First off....was there even ever that many Jedi around to be able to make that large of an attack on a single target with 20k Jedi...? Technically he wasn't sure. But he found it hard to believe only 400 men, no matter how tough, could hold up to that many trained force users. Course then again. Stories usually did get grander with every telling. This was probably another case. These thoughts all went through Ice's mind as the main gates groaned in contempt at being opened.

What he then saw caused his mouth to fall open a little. The hallway lined with armors and weapons of every type from many eras was amazing. This sort of collection would be worth a fortune in of itself...to be honest it was probably priceless. Ice would personally love to have just one of everything here. Being a fan of armor and guns in general. He'd always dreamed of owning a collection like this. He pondered if this desire would even be possible to fulfill. Perhaps he'd bring it up later.

Pushing his pirating nature aside for the moment. He tried to remember this was Steelfangs home. And this wasn't a raid for just himself. It wasn't even a raid. It was a mission to collect what was rightfully his comrades possessions. He waited for Steelfang to lead the way, but made sure to follow close. His weapon at the ready.

"Well now...that's impressive." Was all he could bring himself to say at the moment.

Tiberius was the last among the group as they entered through the large doors. He was glad his helmet was on because his jaw dropped a little looking around the impressive armory. Quickly recovering he continued to look around "think you have enough armor [member="Michael Steelfang"] ?" Rex commented dryly. Although he kept his calm persona Tiberius had to admit to himself this was possibly the largest collection of armor and weapons he had ever seen in one place. Smirking "I hate to say this but we uh...may need to make a couple of trips gentlemen."

[member="Ice"]

"Why would we need a couple trips gentlemen if you would turn your eyes to the roof you will see our frieghter hangars all of which are TL 1200's able to haul all of this gear they are also armed well enough to defend it from most pirate attacks and the level below us is all our melee weapons not including the collection of lightsabers and lightsaber parts that's by the data libraries closer to the centre of the Keep along with our ground vehicles this place is a one stop shop to arm an entire army well in this case an entire armada we also have the lower kevels which I don't even know what is down there all I do know is that it's very powerful" Michael walked further into the armory and turned his head to one of the racks filled with a series of fairly long rifles "T7 ion disruptors able to knockout a light walker in a single shot you do not want to see what they do to organic life" lifting his arms up in a grand gesture "Well start looking boys I am sure there is something that you will like around here"

Since the man was offering...maybe Ice would ask for that small collection of items. After all. What was just one of everything with a cache like this? "Hey Steelfang. Would it be to greedy to ask for one of everything for my collection?" He chuckled as he continued to walk around looking at the massive collection of arms and armor. "I honestly don't think I could just pick a couple things. Course, I do want to make sure there is enough to go around for the army. So if that request is too much. Just say so."

He also didn't want to pick anything up just yet, because he wanted to see what other treasures were around. No sense filling up your hands with the first things you see. Especially since the really good stuff is usually harder to get to.

Tiberius didn't need much encouragement from Steelfang as he started to walk around the room slowly, inspecting all sorts of weapons and armor. He noticed a few rifles that he fancied, after visually inspecting one Rex gently picked it up and got a good feel for it. Yes this was going to be quite the profitable day for him indeed, he would wait though until he searched more before he grabbed anything for good. Rex placed the rifle back how he found it and mentally noted it's location in case he wanted to come back and grab it. Rex was unsure as to how much they could grab so he didn't want to be greedy or disrespect Steelfang's "home" so whatever he picked up he placed back exactly as he had found it as to not disturb anything.

Michael moved his way through the armory to a far smaller inner door pressing on a small hand scanner the door opened wide and it lead to the data wing of the keep which included the holocron vault the secruity around the holocrons were impressive any non force sensitives would be killed on the spot should they date enter the vault, the rest of the data wing was filled with row apon row of data stacks that rivaled the library of the jedi temple "If you need to find out anything in the galaxy this is the place to find it" this section also contained all the labs from chemical to botony and beyond.
