Angus Bloodscrawl, father of Nathan Bloodscrawl, actually very rarely wielded this legendary blade which has been in the family for generations, used often only for ceremonial purposes. But the blade has tasted the armor of Dark Champions before. Hundreds of times, if the stories are to be believed.
Angus wielded this blade out of desperation after his own personal Lightsaber was destroyed in the Fall of Castle Bloodscrawl. The Furnace of Ession defeated even the strongest armor of every foe Nathan faced that day, and between him and his wife, Angus was the one who came closest to killing Elaine Tear in the duel that finally sealed the fate of the Bloodscrawl Family, with only the shock of his wife being killed in front of him distracting or stunning him long enough for Elaine to kill him as well. The weapon disappeared and somehow remained hidden in the aftermath, though Nathan retrieved the weapon after searching the ruins. Nathan has sworn no Ashlan Crusader shall ever grasp it.

- Blessed: It's Lava Crystal is imbued with the Light, granting an Enhanced resistance to Force Drain attempts as well as enhancing the strength of all Neutral Powers
- Deflection: It's blade cannot deflect blaster bolts, only absorb them
- Enhanced Sonic Weakness: Sonic bolts that bend around the blade acquire incendiary properties, due to the empowered blade. This carries a risk of heavy damage to the user
- Enhanced bullet weakness: Solid ammo that melts against the blade burns hotter and longer, doing increased damage to the user should the melted fragments splash into him
- Swing Speed: The Power of the blade carries with it increased gyroscopic Force, making it only eight tenths as fast to swing as a normal Lightsaber, and is controllable best with a firm two handed grip, somewhat limiting the fighting styles that can be employed with it. The user may have to resort to using heavy armor to mitigate the risks of using such a slow swinging Weapon...which risks slowing them further. It IS possible to use this blade effectively without armor, but the user must be exceptionally skilled

- Dark Side: Direct Dark Side Attacks like Bolt of Hatred or Waves of Darkness can shut down the blade or reduce it's cutting power to nothing for a significant amount of time (Force Lightning Grinds against the blade like normal)
- Empowered blades: Similarly Enhanced Lightsabers possess the chance of breaking it like a synth Lightsaber would to a regular one
- Zero breakage: It is incapable of breaking the blades of other Lightsabers
- Water: It's crystal was incompatible with ignition pulse tech, meaning it shuts down for significant amounts of time should the blade be exposed to water
