Jericho
Tenebris In Lucem
In the great forests of Kashyyyk, sounds of a sparking sabers between combatants could be heard from a distance. Sounds of the brushing leaves and moving trees washed out by the cries of running animals. One a sith knight being hunted by the silent giant of a man, Jericho. The battle went on for several hours until the hunter was able to finally take down his prey.
The silent warrior spun his elegant dual blades gracefully before lunging down and plunging them both into the chest of a sith who had fallen before him. The body let out a momentary cry, before passing, the sith's went lifeless and stiff. Jericho saw it as doing him a favour, though he had offered to give him a chance to repentant for his deeds of killing many wookies, the sith warrior was blinded by his own pride and so Jericho dispatched him quickly rather having that sith suffer the horrors of what the dark side could bring.
Serving a sith lord, what laborious task. Even the blade of the enemy was better than to listen rants of the dark side reminding everyone of their lineage, and how important they were. Jericho watched the life fade from the man, before releasing his force and relaxing his muscles. He took a knee and took the momento from the man and closed his eyes quietly as the sith laid there peacefully.
"..Why do I even bother?" he muttered as he reflected his thoughts. He withdrew his blades from the mans chest, deactivating his saber and he walked from the lifeless body letting it be taking in by the forest. There was still a large band of them, a raiding party not far from the nearby wookie village. Primarily his movements were to draw the enemy out, no doubt his padawan was already away engaging sith wanting to do all the work. "Oh, Emily...." He said calmly to himself. As he took down the knight the rest were going to be easy pickings for her.
Hearing noises nearby and feeling the force signature of unknown origins he went to seek them out. "Hmph." Jericho ran his fingers across his mask as he saw a force more powerful than the one he had just dispatched. "This will be interesting." He thought to himself, as he took out his orange and purple single edge sabers and went into a Jar'kai stance, awaiting for the movement to be made by the other.
