Another one bites the dust

So, hello everybody. I'm shuttering two more characters for the time being, Mara and [member="Scarlett Orion"], because I've not been able to find a muse for either of them lately. Mara at least has been pretty inactive, but I thought I'd make it official and tag everyone I owe an apology and a goodbye to.

I may later restore or remake them, but for now, Scarlett and Mara are no more.

That's a shame. Scarlett was an interest character with good potential.

I totally understand the decision, but know I'm around if you ever find muse for Scarlett again.

Doesn't mean Onley isn't going to harass Aria for her number though.
