I've begun acquiring stock with an eye to rebranding and expansion, and I'd like to make you an offer for your shares of the mineral corporation. My offer is this: 15% of Akure Executive Leatherworks in return for 16.67% of Minerals and Metals Inc. You know the work I have invested in AEL, and the millions of credits earned at auction with the premiere release of our Spring line. AEL, unlike some corporations, has an appropriate valuation and powerful connections. My accountants suggest this proposed deal is not in my favor, but my intentions are my own.
