STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES
+ Agile – Anthea is tall, petit and as such has great agility, grace, and can move in ways most people can’t.
+ Strong - Surprisingly, Anthea is a very strong woman - years of dedicated exercise has made her have above average. As such, she is capable to handle heavy weaponry.
+ Swords and Knives – Anthea has excellent coordination with knives and swords; often, she is described as a graceful fighter. This is due to the extensive dance lessons that she was taught – alongside weapons.
+ Sneaky – Anthea is excellent at being quiet, unseen, and on a low profile. She does not draw attention to herself, prefers to stay out of the limelight, and has an uncanny ability to walk without making a sound.
+ Can Survive in Space – A handy trait she inherited from her Diathim parent, Anthea can survive for long times outside of a protection suit inside space. While she wasn’t gifted wings to fly with like the rest of her family, she can survive in space for the prolonged period of times.
+ Aura – Anthea has the aura that most Diathim have around her – people find her enchanting, beautiful, etc.
+- Anthea naturally glows a golden yellow. It is beautiful but can be a nuisance in a situation where she isn’t wearing full armor.
- Hypnotic – Regrettably, Anthea did not inherit her father’s ability to hypnotize others. They may enjoy looking at her, but she cannot control them unless she uses the Force in an attempt at persuasion.
- Isolated – Her Sephi mother and Diathim father made an interesting combination. Her mother was cast out of her family and her father was looked at with confusion from his family. As such, they remained fairly isolated from most major population centers. This has resulted in some awkwardness, social anxiety, and generally not great in social situations from Anthea.
- Alone – Anthea naturally refuses to make friends, relationships, and connections. After losing her family, she feels as though she cannot be trusted and that she would fail them.
- Nightmares – Anthea has recurring nightmares of her family's death, which plague her sleep.
- Empty – Anthea feels alone, empty as if a piece of her is missing. She isn’t sure she’ll ever find a way to not feel like a piece of her is missing.
APPEARANCE
Anthea is a tall, slim woman. She has brown hair that she often has in a bun or combed down. She wears armor or several gowns that she collects over time, depending on what exactly she’s doing. She looks somewhat human – however, she has a golden yellow aura around her pale skin. She also has long, pointed ears.
BIOGRAPHY
Anthea was born to a male Diathim, Arvin, and a female Sephi, Arla on Iego. She had an older brother, sister, and a younger sister. They were a very close-knit, loving family that got along well and worked well together.
They had moderate wealth. This was partially achieved due to both Anthea’s mom and dad bringing some wealth with them before her mother’s exile and her father simply not wanting to be around the environment his family was providing. The family had managed to set up a fairly successful farm with numerous foodstuff. Her eldest brother became a well-liked merchant with several nearby towns, using the reputation of the farm as his launching pad. Her older sister married & become the mother to several little ones, who built a home next to their parents.
Anthea grew up being tutored by her parents and by an outside tutor, which was really the most interaction she had outside of her family and the farm workers. She, however, was a talented dancer and her parents would often put her into contests in various cities on Iego to compete in. She looked forward to these events and the skills taught her dance, grace, and so forth.
However, her childhood was geared in isolation like most of her family, aside from her older sister who was encouraged to find someone to marry.
However, Anthea was curious about the world outside of the small farm. As such, the girl would frequently sneak out. She wouldn’t talk to anyone when she was out – she’d just watch, see how people were. She wasn’t sure how to approach people to begin with! This was the beginning of a talent she didn’t know she had – she honed this special sneaking still with ease.
At 16, Anthea began to assist clans, organizations, and companies with various slicing, a talent she had picked up when she was 12. She also began to do some espionage work on the various organizations that she could reach or would be taken too.
At 20 years old, her younger sister found some type of ancient artifact. Assumingly, she posted pictures of it on the HoloNet in some attempt to figure out what it was. It turned out several Sith had an interest in the artifact, showed up to their home, and proceeded to kidnap and enslave her entire family. All of them. None were spared their fate.
Anthea was away – she had snuck off to a concert and was sitting on a roof watching it. She came home to her family gone, the place destroyed, and so forth. Anthea was devastated. She didn’t feel like they were dead, but she knew she had to find them.
As such, Anthea moved to Cliffhold and rented a small studio apartment as she continued to do contracts with various groups. Nearing her 21st birthday, she took her first assassination contract. It went well – she demonstrated a natural talent with swords, knives, and with a simple blaster. She was accurate – the most important thing.
Right after that, she found the lead to find her family – they were on a Sith world and enslaved. She quickly went to them, with little preparation or plans for back up. She just wanted to save her family. Once she arrived at the manor where they were at, she began to slaughter most of the guard's people as she fought her way towards them.
Except the Sith family had killed every single one of them, leaving their scarred bodies on the stairs as she entered the manor. The Sith escaped off-world, although she knew their names. They would be traceable. Devastated that she could not save her family, and blaming herself since she didn’t get to them in time and for trying to save them like she did, she retreated to Iego. There, she wallows in her guilt, shame, and continues her isolation from people as she continues to take on various contracts from the galactic community for either slicing or assassination contracts.
It is now 4 years later. Anthea is 25 years old. Maybe one day she would find her revenge on the Sith for killing her family. But for now? She continued doing what she did best – slicing & assassinating.
