Anthysius Soraysom-Calimondra
Heritor and Lord
Scion of several (allegedly) ancient Sith bloodlines, Anthysius was heir to a vast fortune and estate: manses, armies of slaves, hoards of treasure, reams of ancient lore, vast corporate holdings; The combined Soraysom-Calimondra holdings rivalled the greatest Lords of the Sith Empire, diluted across a dozen branches of the family. Anthysius was raised with in this environment of privilege, groomed from young to be the heir to his line. The Sith, however, would face continual catastrophes. Most relevant to Anthysius was the death of his mother when she was on the other side of the Galaxy, slain while defending her ancestral holdings far from the empire. The family had what passed for genuine affection among the Sith elite, and apart from bringing sorrow to Anthysius and his father, financial and political support from his mother's family dried up in the wake of her death, and they refused to assist Anthysius' father in reclaiming those holdings for the young Sith's inheritance. From that moment on, Anthysius resolved to work towards reclaiming the legacy he believed was his by right.
The family's fortunes declined further with the fall of the CIS, where many of their corporate investments were located, and the Third Imperial Civil War that took the life of Anthysius' father. His family's fortunes were a hair's breadth away from being cannibalised by other increasingly desperate Sith Lords as the war decisively turned against them, and for a time the Soraysom-Calimondras managed to rule a fragment of the Empire through a core of loyal vassals even as the Empire dissolved around them. However, even this could not last forever, and soon Anthysius was on the run, keeping a low profile and squirreling away the remains of his family's fortune, their vassals gone to ground across a dozen worlds.
Ever since, Anthysius has never forgotten the lost legacy that he feels is his responsibility to reclaim, and the disrespect his family were subjected to by the other Lords of the Empire. He has since operated as head of an unassuming shell corporation operating around the Eriadu region, attempting to grow his small mercenary army into a sizable defence force, profit off the lucrative trade in the region (largely unburdened by the cataclysmic wars to the north), and find artifacts linked to his bloodline to restore his name to glory.
