Task Force Ysalamari was an initiative born of curiosity, prototyped across several successful trial-missions including activity on Empress Teta, Ilum, Sedri, and other undocumented locations. It is now fully-funded and sanctioned by both the Senate and The SIA as an official division of the SIA’s Special Operations (SpecDiv)renamed to TASK FORCE NULL. Equipped with specialist training, exclusive weapons and technology to complete their objectives, the nascent unit will see itself busy as it plays a pivotal role in furthering the agenda of the top-secret SIA-led and Jedi partnered initiative, Project [REDACTED].
Like other specialist squadrons within SpecDiv, each agent is expected to bring a unique perspective and purpose to the team. Null’s key distinction, however, is each member’s lack of Force Sensitivity, and bravery to take on unique challenges, trialing new technology and techniques against Force users — The Sith and Imperial Knights — that threaten the safety of The Galactic Alliance’s citizens.
Many of their missions, and equipment, are off the books. Information about Null’s activity is exclusive to the upper echelons of the SIA hierarchy and the initial members of the approving senate committee (including The Chancellor herself) having access to mission reports.
