Any Galactic Republic Starfighter Squads Looking for A PIlot

So a have a starfighter pilot currently looking for a job in the Republic. It would be nice to join a starfighter squadron, but I can make do as a starfighter pilot attached to a ship or a freelancer.

We still have 5 slots available for Wraith Squadron, which is currently taking part in a training mission for the Republic, with other things in the works. We'd love to have you, [member="Aaron Nomarr"].

At present we have two standard configurations for our squadron:
When undergoing covert operations we fly a mixed squadron of whatever fighter you prefer.
When acting directly under Republic command we operate using new StealthX's, but that is subject to change pending future plans.

You can always change your ship later on. I usually forget to even put one in after I get one.

[member="Niamh Raste"] can you start a training thread as soon as possible? Also, is my droid able to train with me? Thanks and sorry for barging in on your topic [member="Aaron Nomarr"] . Also, welcome to the squad :D

You're free to use whatever is available to the Republic or on open Market when it comes to our mixed ships. I use one of my own design.

The new StealthX's are pretty elite fightercraft, that's why we're currently using them as our baseline, standard engagement fighters. They run on quieter fuel, and have a lot of attachments that make them basically invisible. Unless you light someone up, you're not likely to be seen.

Most droids are generally more knowledgeable than their owners. They can readily access the holonet and whatnot, and they can store a lot of data. [member="Oka Osaa"]

A warning that old canon ships are old and thus people tend to exploit their known weaknesses or consider them inferior.

I honestly love the B-Wing design myself though, good ol Ackbar approved! TIE Phantom isn't very Republic oriented so yeah, also the Stealth X Wing is exactly how it sounds, but it has no comm system. Its great for use with a force user in the leader or an all forcer squadron but not for personal use.

I'd recommend the B-Wing or something from this list HERE
