Anybody interested in being Lor's sister?

So, Lorane's sister Serenna is going to be meeting him and Rawnie on Csilla. She's a noble, and the Aristocra(?) of a somewhat lesser house. The only really important thing about her is that she's liberal, as far as Chiss are concerned. She doesn't follow the Chiss tradition of keeping bloodlines pure and whatnot, and she'd be supporting the marriage of her adopted brother.

I know that's a little restricting, but any takers? I could NPC her, but I'm less than happy about that idea.
