Anyone good with tech?

So, recently I brought myself a pair of wireless headphones that come with a wireless receiver thing that you plug into a PC. This box has suddenly stopped working and thus I've killed a pair of headphones in less than a month. I wondered if any of you were techy and knew any reason or any way of fixing this?

What's the model? So will the receiver not sync with the headset, or is it completely dead? Have you checked to make sure that there's no driver issues on your computer?
