Weak, yet powerful.
Well... I have a recon/stealth strike unit and a recon/stealth strike specialist, so I was hoping to find someone willing to be spied on or struck. I will note pirates will be the only ones I'm willing to strike, but I'm at least decently sure spying is ok. Heck, nothing major even needs to be happening in my book.
