Arben was a male hacker born after the subsiding of the Gulag virus. His skill with computers was evident even from a young age. He grew up and eventually received a degree in computer engineering from Imperial polytech. Now he uses his hacking skills for whoever can pay him. Typically, it's the New Order who does so.
