Seeking Redemption amongst the Stars;
From the records that we have scavenged from the ruins of the Jedi Temple on Yutan, after the Fall of the newfound Galactic Republic, we have been able to piece together a brief synopsis of this individual. The subject in question, known to many as Arcanus Sunstrider, was once a valiant and selfless individual who considered himself an ardent devotee to the philosophies and tenets of the Jedi Order. It should be noted that this Warrior Scholar ascribed to the axioms of Skywalker’s Order, rather than the more traditional roots. We believe the reason for this is because of the common rumour-mongering in regards to the supposed failure(s) of the ancient Jedi warrior monks, but as we have been unable to come in contact with this Errant Knight, such words are merely hypothetical.
During his tenure with the Galactic Republic, and acting as an attache’ to the Republic’s Armed Forces, the Jedi Arcanus was noted to be brash, and overzealous when pitted against the Legions of the One Sith and their ever-expanding Empire. While his actions were considered widely heroic, and utterly dangerous by the highest echelons of command, the Republic had found themselves emboldened to their purpose whenever the Jedi Guardian had taken to the field. However; all of the evidence regarding his plucky and vigorous persona had ended when the Galactic Republic was broken, as it seemed that Arcanus too, had become a shadow of his former self.
The light within had been seemingly snuffed out, but as with all things, all it would take is but a spark to reignite the fires of hope...

Lightsaber Aficionado and Physical Force-Wielder;
While many Jedi pride themselves on being a duelist of some renown to combat the rising of the dark powers, it is believed that the Jedi Arcanus was a man possessed with proving himself as a consummate swordsman. From what was recovered, the Jedi Knight has some knowledge regarding several of the conventional lightsaber forms employed by the ancient Jedi, and their modern cousins. However; he has showcased some proficiency in blending several of these styles together to create a new, and often unpredictable fighting style that mirrored those employed by the Scions of Skywalker in the age before the four-hundred years darkness. This allowed him to keep his opponent unbalanced when on the offensive, and easily overpower them should they prove to be a sub-par duelist.
Having developed his connection to the Force in an unorthodox route, Arcanus has become something of a fighting Warrior-Seer, as his talents and studies of both the Echani Art of Battle and the Gift of Foresight allow him to swiftly predict his foe’s movements, and counter them effectively if required. Like any prophecy, however, the future is never set nor could it ever be accurately interpreted. It is by those words alone that we assume the Subject in question has significant scarring along the majority of his body, and that we can safely assume his preference for being unhindered by restrictive armour.
Unlike his kindred, it was apparent that Arcanus eschewed the use of the Force, aside from his prognostications, to garner an advantage over his opponents - even when a critical juncture presented itself during the course of a fight. He refused to rely on the powers of the Force as a crutch, electing to champion his own personal talent instead.
