- Ritual of Ruination: The Dark Adepts of the Hegenika cast a spell which unleashes a massive Dark Side Lightning energy wave which charges the frontal ram. Should another ship is very close, or being rammed by it, then the energy blasts, discharging itself upon the enemy warship in a shocking lightning storm. If there is no target rammed by the warship, then the energy is projected in a huge Lightning Bolt aimed ahead the ram's point. Such wave of lightning can easily overcharge vessel shield generators, or even cause them a meltdown, depending on the ship's generator capacity.
Credit - Ritual of Dread. The warship's interior as well as exterior is tainted by Dark Side energy casted by the Adepts of the Dark Temple. From the sheer darkness shrouding the warship in a crimson-purple mist, Dark Side Demons are being spawned, haunting the warship. Any hostile units or untrained individuals in Force Shielding or Mind protection who see the Demonspawns are being affected by the crushing Force Fear caused by the infernals, which may result with panic attacks, suicides, or even friendly fire due to desperation.

- Ironclad Fury. The Aries-Class cruisers are hard-skinned monsters, capable of piercing through enemy deployment or blockades unleashing their horrific firepower, while also physically slashing through hulls.
- Ram-and-Fire. The cruiser is equipped with sharp, Force-embued durasteel blades on both underkeel stern and ahead of the forecastle. This allows the vessel to accelerate at high speed, ramming through enemy vessels, or cutting them with her stern blade, which makes the warship a deadly foe, especially when the distance is closed. Firing the infernal long-range batteries of the bow, upon and after ramming in a synchronized pattern may result to the whole enemy ship be torn in two.
- Fleetbreakers. The cruisers are designed to stand out in any fleet confrontation in both orbit, void and atmosphere, with their skill reflecting the Alcademon determination and brutally direct dogma.
- Tough Helm. The cruiser is very heavy for its size, with her armors and weaponry causing her to bleed mobility. When it comes to steering, such warships may prove hard to maneuver, as it requires to decrease speed, should a sharp turn is required, otherwise she tends to perform wide elyptic maneuvers in order to finally turn around.
- Sword of Force. The durability of blades and ram of the warship, in order to penetrate through shields and armor, are further enhanced by Force energy casted by Rituals performed in the ship's Dark Temple. Should the vessel is exposed to Anti-Force fields, the effectiveness of these weapons will be significantly decreased.
- Lack of Fighters. With the bulky build of their hulls, little space is left available to host additional fighter squadrons or support crafts onboard. This forces the Aries-Class cruisers to depend upon their allied carriers and support warships for aerial superiority, while they completely lack the ability to launch planetary assaults.
The Athysian pride knows no limits, some may argue. This is only further visible when it comes to warships. With the old tradition of wealth and prestige demonstration within the nobility, through the building and maintaining the best, most capable warship within a Hegenika's fleet, the Athysians may sometimes go far beyond reason, to claim such glory. The Aries-Class Cruisers are the standing proof of this fact. After so many different designs and sizes of warships, many Athysian nobles employ the very Force to make their own, unique design, stand out of the rest of the fleet. Utilizing the sheer ferocity and determination of the Athysian Witch-captains, as well as the demon-summoning arcane of the Alcademon, the Aries-Class Cruisers are the spear-head of the League's vanguard, meant to deliver a violent barrage of long-range fire against the enem formations, before they close the distance to ram their very ships through the foe, tearing the warring ships apart with Force Lightning blaze.
