OFFENSIVE SWORDSMANSHIP
+ Fantastic Warrior; given his racial and cultural upbringing as a Nagai, which the way of life is heavily centered around combat, he is quite the masterful swordsman, coupling his racial dexterity and speed with force enhancing techniques, his footwork and skills with the use of his crimson lightsaber are reminiscent of an artful, devastating dance. He is a master of form II and hope to attain mastery status in form VII.
NAGAI HONOR
- Too prideful and overconfident: For the Nagai, honor is at the center of everything, they live and quite literally die (often suicide) by this sacred notion and Aril makes no exception... It often leads him to be very arrogant at time and even underestimating his foes. The Sith teachings have helped him slowly stray away from these tenets.
CHARISMA
+/- His charisma is more or less a sharpened, double edged blade. Being an attractive and gracious person, at least according to him, he views himself as the pinnacle of excellence, the physical manifestation of beauty itself and as such... he is an avid curator of the most fine arts. Really, he aims to acquire, either through forceful or persuasive means, anything that he deems worthy and beautiful in stature or in appearance. This varies to almost everything and nothing; from ancient artifacts & sith relics through exquisite pieces of cyrene silk and fine tapestry from Naboo, or even masterful Alderaanian paintings... and of course without forgetting the lightsaber hilts of fallen foes.
Aril's weakness comes into fray when considering the importance he bears towards the notion of beauty itself, or anything ''worthy'' in his regard. His high degree of self-admiration makes him prone to excessive vanity. In simpler terms, he abnormally despises being mocked for his looks, or even more so, for the ghost-like appearance that the Nagai species is widely known for.
FORCE SENSITIVITY
+ Having studied the force and its various facets at the Sith Academy, where he spent years attuning his abilities through it, He has developed an affinity and a preference for body enhancing and control techniques such as heightened speed, enhance attributes, force jump and telekinesis. He also knows Force push, but this is a very basic ability.
+ FORCE SCREAM! The Nagai, blessed with strong vocal range and the natural capacity to modulate their speech, Aril further enhance this racial feat through the force, making the basic force the scream much more intimidating and powerful.
- He is weak in the usage of devastating Sith techniques such as Force Lightning, crush and so on. This is primarily because he chose to dedicate precious time to abilities that would help him raise his own fighting proficiency and attributes at the behest of the more traditional feats. He is able to use Force choking techniques, but for this, he must be in a state of extreme and untroubled concentration, making it completely useless in the midst of battle, but very handy for intimidating defenseless simpletons and weak minded fellows.
In his own opinion, he sees practitioners of direct force offensive techniques as weak, preferring to crush their foes directly through the use of the force rather than vanquishing them through their own physical means, aided by the force. In essence, he prefers to see the Force as an excellent and powerful tool to achieve a purpose rather than a superior, spiritual and invisible entity. Obviously, these are views he rather keeps to himself.
BIOGRAPHY
Born to a noble woman of the Nagai House of Vrane, an eminent and aristocratic family hailing from the Nagi homeworld and to a human Sith infiltrator stationed there, Avril enjoyed the most luxurious of pleasures but also had the most ruthless upbringing. For he was the heir to the dominant house of Vrane, that had established itself for centuries as one of the most powerful families on the Nagi homeworld; they were cold blooded conquerors and warlords that amassed a fortune through years of bloody conflicts and who destroyed rivals and crushed rebellions with absurd cruelty. They ruled over their barony with such fierce might that the rulers of this house came to be known as the ''Red Barons''
Ever since his young age, he was taught the ways of combat and to utilize his superior speed and agility to crush friends and foes alike. Despite being born to a human, he was welcomed among the members of House Vrane and treated as such, had he not benefited from having the racial traits and abilities he would have certainly been thrown away. He started attending war councils and military campaigns at the tender age of 10, to solidify his character and his ''guts'' before bloody massacres. Though, his future as heir of the clan was cemented only about six years forward, when he began to display uncontrolled force feats such as unpredictable acts of telekinesis and others. Upon learning such news, the Baron of House Vrane wished to keep Aril as is own, secret force sensitive weapon that would vanquish his enemies and bring him much renown through the land.. His father however would have none of this, being a no-nonsense person, he had other plans for his child. Having being a loyal servant of the Sith empire, whom he lovingly served as an infiltrator and spy throughout his life, argued that his son should, and would be sent to the Sith Academy in order to further learn about the mysteries of the Force and serve the Empire, as he once did.
When news of the defiance reached the ears of the Red Baron, M'Ros Vrane, he was absolutely furious and banished Aril's father from his lands, he was vowed to never return again, and if he did, he would be executed, cleanly and simply, despite him having married his daughter and sired a son from her. That did not matter in his heart though, for he knew it was his duty to have his son serve the most powerful Empire in existence. In the midst of the night, Aril disappeared along with his father. Though, the matter that Aril left willingly or was forcefully taken is open to interpretation, considering his father's past as a Sith operative and Infiltrator, it would be no hard job for him to kidnap a simple teenager. Ultimately, the boy was sent to the Sith academy where, through blood, fury and ruin, he was able to hone his fighting prowess and further develop his synergy with the force alike, defeating and crushing various colleagues in the process. It did not take time for him to ascend through the ranks with relative might and become a most loyal and competent warrior of the Sith, thanks to the racial feats and the the cruelty that the Nagai were known for. Graduating on to become an efficient, ruthless knight of ruin and despair, his ambition knows no bound, for he plans one day to become a Darth.
