SPECIAL FEATURES
- N/A
- Light: The Specter Armor is incredibly light for its coverage, allowing Akranian soldiers to move quickly across any battlefield with minimal encumbrance due to heavy armor.
- Resistant: The multi layered protection of the Specter Armor offers a high resistance against most kinds of enemy weaponry.
- Lightsabers: Due to the belief they will not engage many lightsaber wielding foes, the Specter Armor was not geared towards protection against such weapons, and will offer minimal resistance if struck by a lightsaber.
- Low Capacity: The Specter Armor offers few slots for carrying additional weaponry, ammunition or supplies into combat other than what the soldier can carry themselves. This forces Specter soldiers to adapt on the field with a limited range of change.
The Specter Armor is the brain child of Corin Zanith, the newly elected Senator of Arkania within the New Republic, and the Colonel of the soon to be raised Arkanian Specter Regiment. Believing speed to be the key of any battle, Corin had the armor geared towards a highly mobile force, offering soldiers high protection with minimal resistance due to added weight. Sealed tight against the elements, the Specter Armor can protect wearers in almost any environment imaginable. Arkanian Specter Armor is meant to protect soldiers as they deploy directly into or behind enemy lines, allowing them to deal maximum amounts of damage in a minimal amount of time. It is not designed to be dragged into a long term battle, and such extended battles often lead to higher casualties among Specter Armor wearing forces.
