- Combat Function: The Gluttoneria Troopers have a wide variety of duties within the Armada Gluttoneria, ranging from standard peacekeeping and guarding duties of important locations to logistics for the Droid Legions and Urban Enforcement Cohorts, though their main job in general is to either act as a second wave of shocktroopers behind the numerous droid legions and the urban enforcement cohorts, mopping up the strongest resistances against these two divisions in wartime. However, they also are more reliable to handle very specific tasks such as infiltration and sabotage, allowing for them to be much more variable in their role and use to their masters.

- Efficiency: Because of their much higher degree of training and education compared to the standard sith trooper or other comparable rank and file soldiers around the galaxy, these Gluttoneria Troopers show remarkable efficiency and adaptivity comparable to the best droid units within the Armada Gluttoneria and perhaps even surpassing them thanks to the biological ingenuity and the erratic nature of a humanoid's mind.
- Professionals: With longer and more intensive training and education, these Gluttoneria Troopers boast a much better professional conduct, with less likelyhood of routing or losing moral in times of adversity compared to mercenary units or militias.
- Versatility: Capable of being used for a wide variety of tasks, the Gluttoneria troopers can boast a versatility ranging from peacekeeping and logistics to infiltration and sabotage, even assassination isn't impossible, though real, expert assassins might still be a better choice in that regard.
- Unfeeling like droids: Years upon years of indoctrination and training have made the Gluttoneria Troopers feel more akin to droids in most of their conduct than actual sentient beings, something which does make it harder for these units to build up a lasting relation within conquered regions and the populace thereof.
- Staunch Militarism: While they can act as a peacekeeping force, their indoctrination had made these troopers unfeeling and devoted to the rule of martial law, favoring ruthlessness and corporal punishment over dialogue and argumentation. This can create issues in civilian territories...
Following both the logic and the idealogy of Credius Nargath; the Lord of Hunger, the Gluttoneria Troopers are trained and educated for a longer period than most rank and file soldiers within the galaxy, giving them a greater edge when confronting these competitors on the battlefield. They are also further indoctrinated in the ideology of the Sith and of the Lord of Hunger specifically, while far removed from the indomitable power the Valkan Legionaries held during his time as Marquis of House Valkan, the Gluttoneria troopers provide a comparable image of highly trained and properly inducted and devoted soldiers.
Ever since the collapse of the Zweihander Union, the Sith Lord has been educating those who followed him into exile, with his AI and droids continuing the education when he went into stasis, resulting in quite a large number of troopers now fully trained and ready to be sent out into war under his command, for after three generations of stasis, the Lord of Hunger awoke to a whole army devoted to his will and whims, with each generation passing having thought and educated the next, resulting in a much better trained and educated army with complete indoctrination into the identity and personification that Credius would represent as the Lord of Hunger.
Their first active use was during the cleansing of Pergitor, where several of these troopers handled the logistics and communications of the basecamp during the cleansing, though they did not partake in the actual purging of the planet, it was at the very least a first step unto the path of glory and conquest...
