ARMADYL is an Arms manufacturer that operates within the cover of the Unknown Regions. Their primary focus is mass-produced arms and equipment for militaries both private and otherwise. They also sport a combat vehicle and R&D division aside from their primary focus. The manufacturing operations work on a made-to-order basis and avoid manufacturing in excess to save on resources. The company also accepts contracts to use their factory space to mass-produce other arms.


RATIONALE
ARMADYL was founded sixty years ago by a group of Outer Rim startups. The company ran with moderate success for many years beneath the original founders. Like many of Avernus' acquired companies, the owners of ARMADYL began to conveniently make poor business decisions around the time that Avernus was looking to acquire them. Avernus contacted them with an acquisition proposal through his holding company when they were nearing bankruptcy. ARMADYL was acquired by Aiuriss Holdings and Investments Inc. for 780 million credits and was granted a 1 billion growth investment.
