- The Armor of Doom is armor made especially for the Churi species, constructed to fit their body like a top glove, protecting them mostly from the front, top and the sides.
- If you ever thought birds don't enjoy some swagger in their lives, this helmet will show you that you were just plainly wrong.
- Made of phrik, the Armor of Doom is incredibly resistant to sightseers and kinetic attacks.
- Leaves the Churi belly unprotected.
- Useless against sonic attacks.
Following the success of the Beak of Doom, the Armor of Doom is the next step in the equipment and gear creation for the Churi of War.
With the plans for the Churi of War to fight mostly in close range to each other and in large numbers, it was decided that there wasn't enough gain to be had by closing it around their bellies as well, and thus the bottom part of the bird remains unprotected. However, in large groups that come together, the Armor of Doom can serve as a form of testudo shield. Not the best one, but a shield nonetheless.
Unlike with the Beak of Doom, less prototypes were made this time around, though that did not save the Churi, for with each prototype made, another five hundred birds were put into it before being shot into strong walls to see which armor holds out the best. The five top metals found for the helmets were tested, and once again phrik won when taking into account economic cost as well.
The Churi of War were now at last, starting to come together into what would resemble their final form.
