And the answer to the second is each suit comes equipped with a tracking system and if the suit is not returned I will bounty you and it won't be "taken alive" it will be dead as well as myself hunting you down to the ends of this galaxy. So that being said, damage to the suits are expected however if you die in them we will collect the armor and potentially your body and pass it along to the proper authorities and channels.
