+Weapons specialist - Arnett began serving on heavy cruisers on the weapons deck, and progressed up the ranks in technical positions to eventually taking over as Lieutenant in charge of weapons.
+ Naval Academy - Arnett completed in the top 5 of his class in the Naval academy. He has a strong grasp on tactical aspects of Naval Warfare
+ Strict but fair - Men under Arnett's command learn quickly that he holds them to the highest of standards and expects nothing but the best, however he is fair and good to those who do their jobs to the standards expected.
