The Dead God
"And then a frightful red Eye opened in the dark: vulpine, eldritch. The Eye terrified him yet held him. The Eye beckoned him. To the west, where the shadows were even now gathering, in their twilight dance of death."

- Modularity:
- Although bound to the blood and soul of Darth Maliphant, the eyes can adjust wherever they end up - able to fit perfectly into another's eye socket, or be used when focused in one's hand. Besides this, the eyes do adapt at need to aesthetic choices - though without concious effort, it is visually based on the beholder. It is a reflection of their soul, or their darkness, and what they hide from. Like the worst kind of mirror - when so needed.
- Production: Unique
- Material:
- Exterior: Jin'Jsina
- Core: Corrupted Tsil Crystals w/ Kyber Accents
- Capable of casting Deadly Sight with extreme potency.
- By magnifying the hatred of the Sith utilizing the Arsiatijza, one is capable of killing with a simple stare. When one so wishes - the eyes allow for an immediate, vicious attack as it magnifies and focuses their energies into a killing gaze that burns and vaporizes anyone in their field of vision. While it does not work on the Force Dead, or on Jedi with capable defenses - it can still cause immense damage to armor, weapons, vehicles, and anything susceptible to the blazing heat of hatred.
- Illusionary Potency
- Utilizing a mixture of illusion based sith magicks, alongside domination of the mind - or mind tricks, where effective, the Arsiatijza are capable of bringing someone within its gaze to the brink of insanity. They can give someone waking nightmares, convince them a dozen or hundred sith are bearing down on them at once, even convince them the wounds they experience in the illusion are real - despite not harm coming to them. They are fundamentally tools to break and dominate - and they do so with extreme prejudice.
- Illusion Defense
- Due to its alchemic nature, the eyes are not as suseptible to illusionary magics as more biological means of sight. This mean that the eyes can see through technology based cloaking that doesn't interfere with the Force, and can even look beyond all but the most masterful uses of cloaking implemented by most Sith and Jedi. More than that, they are immune to drug based hallucinogens due to a disconnect from biological functions, can see through general illusion based magicks, and can more actively disrupt illusions for others - should the user attempt to interrupt it. Additionally, the nature of their biological disconnect makes them immune to technology based interruptions - such as flashbangs or smoke screens, though only visually.
- Superior Vision
- By destroying and utilizing the Ri Akuti, the Arsiatijza are able to inherit its powers and strengths. Passively, this means that the eyes can see in a perfect 360 Degree radius around them at all times - ensuring they are very hard to ambush. More than this, the abilities of the eyes have been amplified to process everything the user sees at nearly unimaginable speeds. When someone moves their stance ever so slightly, the user can register that before the move even completes - to the point of seeing muscles tense at the first implication of the move. This makes the user not only extremely adept at dueling, it makes them dangerously hard to combat using most techniques.
- The Black Sun
- An ability known as the 'Black Sun', it is the active utilization of the Ri Akuti power taken into the eyes. The ability forms a massive black disc over a 30km area - dimming the battlefield nearly to the point of night. Within that black radius, the user can see omniscienently - meaning every angle of every cell of every being, of every piece of matieral, is actively broadcast to their brain. It allows them to see everything for miles from every possible angle at once; the downside being the exceptional amount of energy required for it to be able to do so. The ability is limited to short bursts for most users,, and more than that makes one extremely visible to anyone nearby - as the center of the disc is always where the person is.
- Farsight
- Utilizing the ability of the Ri Sosutudas, the eyes are capable of a more focused vision - able to see across the galaxy towards any subject they are familiar with. This means they can witness the life, location, or conversations the person may be enrolled with - but not without a reaction. To feel the infinite gaze of the Arsiatijza is to feel a god's eyes upon you - and it is very obvious when it is so. Some may experience great dark eyes watching them - others simply a chill up their spine, but anyone with force capacity could feel it for what it was. In some cases, one could even track the sensation through the Force back to its source - essentially becoming a two way geofinder for the exceptionally skilled.
- Immediate Access to the Chained Tome
- Due to connection the eyes have, they are capable of an ability far less taxing than others - the ability to see through the eyes of the sith spawn spy network created by Maliphant himself. This spy network is known as the Aikstus Ra - a series of creatures that replace figures across the galaxy, impersonate their very being, and then transmit all their sensory data back to not only the Chained Tome for documentation, but the eyes of the Arsiatijza.
- Illusionary Mastery -
- Due to the eyes ability to both attack and defend with illusionary magic, the first pillar of the eye's strength is to alter others vision. That means to everyone else, the eyes can create an army of sith, or mock a stab through the illusionary magicks it possess, or even stop the very foundation of many force cloak abilities, some technology, and even narcotics that would cause hallucinations.. The eyes can see through illusions as well as transmit them - making them extremely dangerous for anyone not well versed in that area of the Force.
- Omniscience -
- Able to see beyond in every direction at once, taking in all details within eyesight, the eyes can magnify one's power in dueling, force based combat, and anything that requires the process of information via visual stimuli. This not only extends in all visual directions at once, but reduces the time of reactions and hand-eye coordination down to almost nothing - allowing the user significantly more time to 'process' a strong response to any attack in a fight.
- Spy Network -
- Being attached to the Chained Tome, consuming multiple artifacts Maliphant had previously created, the Arsiatijza bring together multiple dangerous abilities into a single package without the need to wear them all. This means that the eye can spread the Black Sun for omniscience in up to a 30km radius, see anyone the user is familiar with across the galaxy, and even access the dreaded spy network of sith spawn Maliphant had created years prior.
- Death's Stare -
- Magnifying the potency of a rare dark side ability, the Eyes of Providence can magnify the strength of Deadly Sight - an ability that can ignite and kill people with a simple glance, using nothing but the user's unbridled emotions. Due to the eye's magnification of the ability, it can go from killing singular individuals to killing numerous in a single intense stare.
- Disturbance -
- The power of the Arsiatijza can be interrupted through the concetrated use of Force Light - essentially blinding the wearer temporarily, or by utilizing force disturbing powers such as Ysalamiri. These can make the user visually blind, however does not take away their other senses - weakening them, but making them no less truly dangerous when in the right hands.
- Beacon of Darkness -
- Notably, the presence of the Black Sun power made the eyes centrally focusable - meaning someone could always find its user as long as it was being used. Now, due to the sheer strength of the dark side within these artifacts - they can no longer be hid under any circumstances. Whoever requires these eyes can not hide from the eyes of others - meaning they are both seen and able to be see. A dark trade for the secret focused.
- Inhuman Gaze -
- Due to the sheer strength of the eyes, they can not be hidden. Meaning if the user attempted to disguise themselves use a Force Mask or otherwise - the eyes would always be visible, reflective of the darkness others hold within them. It persists behind masks, glasses, or goggles - always visible, always mocking, always testing. The gaze from the Eyes of Providence is inhuman and dangerous - unnerving at its best and insanity inducing at its worst. They make the possibility of a casual life impossible without first removing the eyes entirely.
- The Limits of Mortality -
- While the eyes can allow someone to see anything around them - it does not mean they can react at all times. Given the sheer amount of information the eye's process, the user requires extremely quick cognition to be able to handle all that information at once, but more than that - they need the physical acumen to react. This means that if someone were to shoot a high speed projectile at the user, they could certainly see the bullet - but that could very well be all they have. It is a fancy way to see someone's own death - made worse when the information overload is severe, forcing the persons reaction to slow considerably as more and more information needs to be processed, such as dueling multiple opponents.
After the fight Maliphant had against the Mandalorian Enclave in an effort to expose their secret base - he was without eyes, taken from him by his own hubris and mandalorian steel. Because of this, Maliphant had to create replacements - and did so as his apprentice,
Venn Kolis
looked on, as a lesson for how far alchemy could go. These eyes became the result of many experiments until they were perfect - and perfect they are.
Built from Maliphant's personal creation of alchemized phrik, the eyes are forged from Dark Steel as a basis to not only be nearly indestructible - but actively dangerous to the Jedi who stand too close to him. More than that, it had the finely ground dust of his other alchemic creations put within it - the all seeing eye, the far seer, creations that slowly came back to his collection after their owners disappearance or death. Now with them combined in his own eye socket - they serve a much grander purpose.
Listed below are the descriptions of the other creations:
The Ri Akûti, a device named The All Seeing Eye for its singular purpose as a sensory artifact meant to amplify the foresight utilized by force users for eternity. To push it to the known limits and create an artifact that'll carry with it a reputation amongst those notable sith across the galaxy. Design and tested for the dark generals in the outer rim, its viability as the ultimate artifact in war is exceptional when considering the possibilities.
Coming to The Slave during a dream, the device was designed with fear to couple effortlessly with battle management on a grand scale. Forged with the power of a small sun by The Darkstaff, a sentient paint brush for force related artifacts all across the galaxy, the artifact impressed even its creator before being sent off with instructions for its use to the eventual doorstep of Darth Tacitus.
The creation is worn as a necklace, looking like a small metal fragment with a heavily detailed eye carved into the center. On the opposite side, a small imprint of Los Muerto's symbol is seen, but does not occupy more space than a few millimeters. Its cold to the touch, and weighs no more than a regular necklace one might find anywhere, but its presence in the force is notably dark.
Passively, the necklace grants the user the ability to see and sense a solid ten meter area around them at any given point. This does not drain the user, but can be far too much information when first dawning the necklace, so beginning instructions advise no more than a few minutes of wear for the first few days. It's only when this passive ability is pushed to its limits does the real beauty of the necklace come to fruition.
When 'activated', where the users force potential is funneled through it for sight, the artifact seems to come alive. Small metal tendrils will dig into the skin before its own eye begins to blacken. From this, the eyes of the user will follow suit, with nothing speckling them but the endless abyss they now encompass. Above them, the sky too will begin to blacken to create a solid disc of the void that sensors would find a hard time to look through; the edges of it seeming to move and breathe like a living leviathan simply floating above the battlefield. This is entirely dependent on how much energy the user puts into it, and can drain them extremely quickly if pushed past their effective limits.
This area of effect allows the user to witness every breath, presence, and gunshot in an area that can be up to thirty kilometers. While this means sight past walls and otherwise secret areas, this does not mean they can hear, feel, or otherwise sense anything past what their regular force sense and sight would allow. This includes those cloaked in the force for stealth, electronic stealthing purposes, and more. Anything that would viably counter a satellite or other sensors, could easily counter this.
When subject to Ysalamiri fields for example, only an aerial view of the area would be viable, or any area outside the bubble looking inwards. There is no way for the device to get a close up through these fields. In addition, those sensitive in the force can often sense when they are being viewed, through the feeling is more vague and paranoid, assuming they don't witness the massive black hole in the sky.
Overall, the device is viable for almost every sith who could get their hands on it, but is entirely weak without supporting skills to take advantage of the information the device allows. It may bring the horse to water, but it can not make it drink.
