- Ultrasonic Generators in the hilt of each blade.
- Electro-plasma Filament in the guard of Artifice to cover the hand.
- Each sheath holds two, small throwing blades.
- Double the Fun - Two separate blades make for a speedy combination. Each highly resistant to most forms of close quarters damage.
- Cutting Power - Ultrasonic Generators paired with the exotic metal form a highly dangerous cutting edge.
- Watch the Fingers - While able to defend from a lightsaber, it is only possible when the electro-plasma filament is engaged on Artifice, only to protect the hand. The feature is not mirrored on Probity.
- Hefty - The blades themselves are heavy towards the front, and even still the whole weight of each blade is comparable to a vibro-ax. As a dual bladed sword they make for a highly unwieldy weapon for the unprepared.
Finding himself without a lightsaber, and feeling unworthy of building one until his return to the light side of the force, Tarish put out a requisition for a pair of blades to be made in similar fashion to one's found on his home planet. The manufacturer Niki Priddy found the request quickly, and was easily able to replicate the weapon design of their shared home using a rather exotic material for the casting.
Placing each inside semi-armor grade Spacer leather sheaths, smaller additional sheaths were sewn into the interior shell to house smaller blades as last ditch weapons in case of the worst. The full tang blades feature Rycrit wrapped handles, Insulating the weapons to a degree given the full metal construction.
A piece of home to take with him in his travels, Tarish set out to further himself on his path with some modicum of protection.
