• It's a more available and safer version of Isotope - 5 that's produced in CIS space from a reliable and safe source. While this fuel is less potent as naturally occurring Isotope - 5 it is much safer and more stable to handle.
• Fuel is able to oxidize into a solid for even more stability and safer transport.

STRENGTHS

• A safer and more abundant source of Isotope - 5: This artificially created isotope is much more abundant and is much safer than naturally occurring Isotope - 5. This will allow for technology development with Isotope - 5 and artificially created Isotope - 5 to progress much faster as now researchers have much more material to work with.
• You can Oxidize it for transport: Artificially created Isotope - 5 is created specifically to allow for it to oxidize to make it even more inert to allow for transport to far away facilities with extremely little risk to the cargo becoming compromised.

WEAKNESSES

• Not as powerful as naturally occurring Isotope - 5: While Artificial Isotope - 5 is more stable that stability comes at a cost, this version of the isotope is not as potent as naturally occurring Isotope - 5. While this amount of potency isn't huge enough to be an extreme detriment, it is still noticeable enough that if you get a pile of natural stuff verses the artificial stuff put in front of you, you'll take the natural stuff every time (Think natural stuff at 100% and the artificial stuff is at 80% - 85%).

DESCRIPTION
With the creation of The Forge of Gods, Dr. Ryan Alphonse set on to his first goal for the advancement of power technology in the CIS as a whole. Make Isotope - 5, the most potent source of energy in the galaxy, more available and in a safer form for the Confederacy to begin more research into power generation and other possible uses for the isotopes. Seems alright to me. More reliable source of fuel that is not quite as potent, but at the same time, "safe" and less likely to blow up.
